How to transfer data from Google Sheet to ActiveCampaign

Hello, I’ve got a Google sheet of information that’s already there, and I want to transfer the data from certain cells into my ActiveCampaign account. I’ve set up a Zap, but how do I get it to run if the data’s already in there? Thanks for any help you can give me.

I can export the items necessary already mapped from SpotOn (manually) but QBO will not import items for a Sales Receipt. Trying to get around that.

Google Chat Overall Authentication

We are likely migrating from Slack to Google Chat. Is there a way to automatically authorize the Zapier bot for all new Spaces? In Slack we had “channels” for each client and one initial setup in Zapier would automatically work for them all. Now it appears we will have to manually go into each new “Space” and add/authorize the Zapier bot. Open to all thoughts.Thanks in advance!

Automate Spotify Monthly Playlists

I want to create a Zap that adds my liked songs into a playlist for that month. It would be triggered whenever I like a new song and then adds that song to a playlist named for the month (i.e. Jan 2022).My current Zap is triggered by liking a song and then adds it to a specific playlist I choose. This means every month I have to manually change the playlist the songs are added to.I would like to be able to search if a playlist for the month already exists and if so add it to that. If a playlist for the month doesn’t exist to then create a new one.Zapier only appears to have the ability to create a playlist or add to a specific one. I don’t have the ability to search if a playlist for a certain name exists. Zapier also is only able to add to playlists based on playlist ID (a random string unique to each playlist) which makes it impossible to use a variable for the playlist name.Is there a possible workaround to my issue or a way to implement more Spotify support?

How to transfer article content from Pocket to Notion?

All, how can I ensure that the article contents are also transferred to Notion every time I make a pocket entry? I have setup my trigger of creating a Notion entry every time an action is conducted on Pocket but the action only creates an empty entry into Notion without transferring the article contents to Notion from Pocket.

How do I add a new row below the header?

Im could add order info into Google spread sheet from Shopify.But when I get new order, it will be added on the top of the work sheet which is supposed to be added at below of the header.I've tried fixing the rows and protecting the header section, but it still gets added on top of the worksheet.Does anyone know of a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance.

Split Line Items in Shopify Order by product

I created a zap so that I can output shopify order information to a spreadsheet, but when multiple products are purchased, they are combined into one line.In the example in the attached image, five products named Test and three products named Test2 were purchased, and the output to the Google sheet is summarized in one line.I would like to change this so that the output is for each product purchased.Does anyone know of a solution?

Hi. Google forms has an option to “Allow response editing.” Is there a way to capture these unique links in a Zap?I want to prepopulate some form entries then send the link to the appropriate person to finish the entry without having to edit a spreadsheet directly.

Is it possible to pick up reactions added to Slack messages across multiple users/multiple channels?

Hi there,I’m trying to set up a workflow that adds Trello cards for Slack messages when a certain reaction is added to the Slack message.I’ve been able to successfully do this for a single user (myself) posting to a single channel, but I’d like to open it up to other users and other channels. I’ve tried simply keeping those options empty:  But that seems to throw an error / not find any results:I came across this similar question but don’t understand the suggested workaround – it suggests adding a filter, but I don’t see how that would help? Could you elaborate? Thank you!

Need to extract second phone number from email

I need to extra the 2nd phone number from gmail leads that come in daily.As you can see from the pic, this automated lead always includes the lead companies 800 number before the actual lead phone number lower in the email body.I’m extracting the lead phone numbers then sending them to an automated text sequence Is there a way to filter out zapier from extracting the 800 email (it comes through as the same number in every email).Or is there a way to extract multiple numbers as separate outputs to choose from? This post has been edited by a moderator to remove personal information. Facebook Groups “We couldn't find an item” error

Hi! I’m trying to connecting an FB group for which I’m the admin to the corresponding Instagram.  I can see the group and select it but when I try to create post I receive this message:“We couldn't find an item Create an item in your Facebook Groups account and test your trigger again” even after creating test posts in the group o continue to get this sane message.  Any ideas hue I can fix this? Adding Google Calendar attendees to Revue Newsletter

I’m looking to have a system in which when a new Google Calendar event is created (that has attendees) it will automatically add those attendees to my newsletter. Currently here is my workflow on ZapierTrigger - Google CalendarType: New Event Matching SearchSearch Term: “and”  Action - RevueAttendee Email Address → Email Address Field Normally this would be effective except there is is one main problem: The “attendee email address” field includes MY OWN EMAIL TOO. For example: Attendee Email: MYEMAIL@gmail.com, TARGETEMAIL@gmail.com, Therefore, when it goes through zapier it mentions that the “subscriber already exists” which makes sense because my “MYEMAIL@gmail.com” is already included in my newsletter list. The ideal situation would be that the Action would IGNORE existing emails that are already on my newsletter list and just input ones that AREN’T. Except the problem is that it goes through every email in the attendee list and if ONE of them is already on my newsletter subscribers

Trigger Zap for updated items (products) in Zoho Inventory

Hi,I am trying to create a Zap to create or update an Item ( product)  from Zoho Inventory to destination systems, e.g. Shopify but able to only find trigger for “New Item” and wondering if the updates made on Item in Zoho Inventory can also trigger the zap. Please help as this will help me keeping the updates and product information in synch across different application.   Only able to create in not going to help during the life cycle as you know we need to update price, description etc and need the changes to flow on update event as well. Will appreciate your help.Rupesh

How to Use parseInt()

HubSpot has an “Annual Revenue” property that is currently in single-line text format. I need this field as a number property.Someone recommended that I use Zapier and the parseInt() function to extract the number and then import the number into HubSpot as a new property. I am new to Javascript coding, and my attempts at using Code by Zapier have not been successful. Hi im having a problem i havr upgraded my plan to be able to use the premium features while iwas in the process of creating a zap for social media. with test runs the zaps are all showing. But it still shows zero tasks complete. ive had to do each one individually. i would like to have my social media platforms fully automated please. Thank you in advance.

Copying a Google Sheet and IMPORTRANGE requires access to connect sheets

I have a zap that copies an existing Google Sheet that includes an IMPORTRANGE calc (Google Sheet A). Within the original sheet access has been granted to read the data in the IMPORTRANGE calc (it pops up in the cell initially and you select allow access). The IMPORTRANGE calc is reading to a Google Sheet on the same local drive.So the zap creates a copy of Google Sheet A and creates Google Sheet B. The next step of the zap provides users rights to anyone in our domain with the link (mindfulbirthing.org) to access the sheet. When I open the newly copied Google Sheet, the IMPORTRANGE calc requires me to manually “Allow Access” for the data to flow through. Any ideas of how to automate the access for this calc as part of the zap rather than a user having to manually step in? Any help will be gratefully received!
