Hi Amazing Community,

Looking for some answers and help here. My client asked me to “create a Zapier rule or automation to block her Google Calendar after two (2) meetings in a day. Technically, this is to limit meetings up to two (2) only.” Been trying to do this on my own but unable to work it out successfully.

Does anyone here tried doing this? I need your help please. Thank you so much.

Hi @Jobseeker

GCal has an appointment scheduler that may be useful:

One approach is to use a proper scheduling app, such as Calendly, that has these controls.

Thank you, @Troy Tessalone

However, is there any other way to automate it that way using Zapier?

@Jobseeker

You would have to configure Zap step logic to check the events for a date, then block off accordingly.

Logic such as how many events exist for a date, when those events exists, when to block of time (before/after) the events.

That may involve using an advanced approach with the GCal API: https://developers.google.com/calendar/api/guides/overview

Thank you so much, @Troy Tessalone. I’ll try to work this out.
