How do I automatically make Trello checklist items into separate cards?

I have a checklist of jobs that might need doing.

I have made it so if checked those jobs make a separate checklist: Jobs to do.

How do I make those checklist items into separate cards automatically?

Have you explore using native Trello automations?

Yes. There doesn’t seem to be an automation for creatin automatic cards from checklist items. I can do it manually.
