Hi everyone - Getting frustrated with this and could really do with your help! I have a zap set up to simply push any new instagram posts to my CMS in my webflow site - It worked for a while and about 2-3 months ago just stopped (started getting the dreaded “ValidationError: Validation Failure" error emails).I have subsequently worked out through trial & error that if I change the “Draft” selector to “True” in the 2nd stage (2. Create Live Item in Webflow), then the post does push to my webflow CMS - albeit as a draft… which is not optimal obviously.If i have “Archived” set to “true” with “draft” also set to “true”, the post will be archived on webflow CMS (also not what i want), but if “Archived” is true without “draft being also true, i get the validation error also..I don’t think this has anything to do with the issues some people are having with the new “draft” feature within Zapier, but i could be wrong.can anyone here shed some light on this? Hi Our business is using Trello for project management and we are wanting to link this to our stock inventory, so we have a visible live stock inventory, so we can marry potential stock requirements with our project pipeline. As all stock components are listed within the project detail on Trello. Essentially we need visibility of actual live stock inventory and theoretical inventory requirements, if all projects come to fruition. We also want manage stock in the stock room with a tablet. What is the best stock / inventory software that Zapier can link Trello too? Hope that makes sense and apologies for my rudimentary explanation
We have an eCommerce website that is automated so when someone buys something they download it straight away. We want to make everything automated and have linked Stripe to the site and then used Zapier to link Stripe to Quickbooks to create a sales receipt and expense for the fee. The only issue I am coming up with is that the prices on our site and the sales Stripe takes include VAT but I can not work out how to tell Zapier to tell Quickbooks that. So when a sales receipt is created in Quickbooks it is adding VAT again - therefore all the prices are wrong i.e. £12 sale (which includes VAT) but when sent to Quickbooks the sales receipt says £14.40 with £2.20 VAT so it has added it again. Any ideas who to move this across to include VAT so that is shows up correctly on the sales receipt as being £10 services + £2 VAT = £12 total sale?
Hi,I have a zap to move reports our CRM send me regularly to a single Google Sheet. The problem is that each new report contains old data, plus new data. So every time a new reports come, all the old data that is on the spreadsheet is duplicated on the table. I want to know if there’s a way I can add to the zap an action to delete duplicates, or just to avoid adding duplicates rows.
Coming from a programming background, I would love to see the ability to make comments directly on a zap to make it easier to come back after a while. They can get pretty complex, so trying to remember exactly what something does and why you chose to do it that way can be tough if you haven’t looked at it in 6 months or more. I think it would make sense for it to be in the outline section. It wouldn’t have to be anything complicated, just a textarea type box for either the whole thing or for each section, but just something that allows us to make notes or comments. This might be a feature of the teams version, but I couldn’t find any info on it, but it should really be for anyone, it’s such a simple but vital feature.
I’m trying to build a Zap that triggers every time a new purchase is made in Thrivecart, regardless of the product. As I add or update products, I don’t really want to go back into the Zap to add it into the long list that’s already in there. Is there a way to add “all products” to this Thrivecart trigger rather than entering them individually?
How is this still not sorted? pulling reviews/recommendations from Facebook doesn’t include the user name who submitted the review/recommendation.If you thought pulling reviews to place on your website was important to have the user name who posted it... you would be correct… its very important as it shows credibility. There is no reason why the name can’t be pulled as other solutions (elfsite, embed social etc) can pull all the information.

Hi there, I’m trying to set up a Zap that will accomplish the following:A Google form response is submitted, which creates a new row in a spreadsheet One of the columns of this spreadsheet has a url to another Google sheet I want to add the row that was created in the first sheet to the specific Google sheet with the url indicated in the first sheet’s columnI’ve tried using the “custom” option and selecting that column of the spreadsheet as the sheet to send the action to, but I receive a 404 error message. Can anyone help with this?
Hi Everyone,For a rental agency I am currently trying to automate some accounting things for the owners. In bookingsync, I am trying to retreive information from Booking.com and Airbnb in order to show the owners of the rentals how much money they receive from each booking. I need to retreive the rental price and commission from these platforms in order to get to the payback to owners. Unfortunately, the app can read the ‘commission’ from bookings originating from booking.com, but not from Airbnb. I can't seem to find the reason for this. Hey everyone, I’m having an issue with my workflow, which is as follows: I’ve got three zaps running to:create item in Webflow/Airtable Update item in Airtable/Webflow Update live item in WebflowSo far things have been running smoothly and when a new Item is triggered a new airtable line is created housing all the datafields, which in turn are then used to populate a new CMS item being created in Webflow. Then the next trigger also works and updates things like: selling fast: true or sold out: false on the live item no worries. However, if an item is changed back to Selling fast: FALSE it doesn’t trigger the Zap and therefore nothing gets changed in airtable etc. This is causing myself and my client a lot of headaches and I was wondering what might be happening that changing the RSS feed back to an old state wouldn’t result in the update item zap triggering. Any help would be appreciated :) Adam
Hi, I’m having some trouble with our calendar integration. We would like to connect/combine three calendars into one. Whenever we create a new event into the three different calendars, we would like that to appear in the calendar we’ve connected with. How is that possible? Thank you!
I am using Zapier to connect Marquiz with ActiveCampaign. I have created zaps which seem to do this for a while then I get an integration error. Webhooks: ["Request failed with status code 410","Request failed with status code 410","Request failed with status code 410","Request failed with status code 410","Request failed with status code 410","Request failed with status code 410"]Then when I try to test my zap my connection to Marquiz asks me to reconnect as my connection has expired. Which sometimes works easily and other times is a real pain. Why is Zapier loosing connection with this app? It seems to be a common problem. How can I stop it from disconnecting. Regards Judith

With my current setup it’s kind of inevitable to receive data from ManyChat with null values, depends on the number of which item(s) in their cart, if makes sense!2 What’s the best way to tackle this?Much Appreciated
I created a Zap from Google Spreadsheet to Mailchimp. Everything works fine except for the Mailchimp tags. I had no problem finding the tags in Zapier, but every time a new subscriber appears in Mailchimp (through the google spreadsheet), it is without any tags… help ?
Hi how do i calculate the time difference, I’m currently creating a out of office zap and our office hours are from 09:00am to 17:00. I’m currently using Woocommerce and i would like to send an email to the customer if they order outside our operation hours and in that email i like to have a calculated field into how many hours left until we are back in office. How would i go about it, i haven’t found a solution that works yet. email templateWe are currently out of the office, however we will respond to your order as soon as we return in the next (insert calculated field ) hours.
I’ve created a typeform to collect further information from an existing pipedrive person. I ask the person to enter in the typeform the same email that is associated with them as a pipedrive person. But I want the typeform data to update their pipedrive deal. My problem is I can’t seem to find a Deal ID field. In the zap, I have a step to find the PD person using the email address, and I thought that would be sufficient to find and update the deal on the next step. If anyone can advise me I’d be very grateful. Thanks Graham
Hi. I’ve set up a Zap to trigger on new email to my inbox in Outlook. I then have a filter (looking for a keywords in the subject line).This is working, except that the Zap is triggered twice. Not immediately, but after a number of hours. Eg: 3:30am, then 10:00am.Any thoughts as to why this would be? Any filters I could put in place to stop it?Thanks!
Hello - I am having trouble connecting my Klaviyo account to my Hubspot. When there is a new profile in Klaviyo, I would like to have a contact be created/updated in my hubspot account. I already have zaps set up where if there is a new contact in Hubspot, it creates a new profile in Klaviyo, but I cannot seem to get to go the other way around. Right now, I have the trigger as a new event in Klaviyo, with the metric Subscribed to List (internal) -- [the list they subscribe to is the newsletter] -- then the action is to create a contact in HubSpot, with a few contact information details filled out.If there is something that you can tell I am doing wrong please let me know!Thanks in advance.
How does one set up a Zap between Zendesk and Slack where the parent message and subsequent thread replies are synced over to Zendesk in the same ticket? I’ve tried two different options thus far (“New Reaction Added in Slack” and “New Message Posted in Channel”), but neither of my Zaps are pulling in any thread data for me to select. It only pulls in the parent message.
