How can I import a JSON feed from Home Advisor into Hubspot and create a new contact form as a lead? I was trying to use Zapier with Webhook and the Hubspot app but I must be doing something wrong. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Hello, I am reaching out because while creating a Zap to link my CallRail account to my Insightly account, I am running into an issue. I am trying to write a custom GET request through Webhooks via Zapier and I am getting a "Not found" response. However, I made the same request in Postman and confirmed that in fact there is a found recond and it pulls it. I've also included an image of the record in question from my Insightly account. I am using the same API key in all three. PLease see the attached screenshots and let me know what is happening.
hi, i am trying to get a project out of clickup into to-do or google tasks. I’ve got the tasks creating successfully but cannot figure out how to do subtasks that attach to the parent task. If anyone has a template of something similar i would be grateful
I have a PDF form on PDFFiller. When that form is completed and saved to a particular folder on PDFFiller, I want to copy/sync to my Google Drive account. I tried creating a zap with PDFiller to Google Drive, but nothing I try seems to achieve what I want. I have PDFiller set to trigger on a “New Document” and the corresponding event in Google Drive set to “Upload File.” However, all I get is a txt file with the name of the newly added files that I want uploaded to my Google Drive. I don’t see any other options that allow me to select a file that “exists but is now shown.” How do I get it to upload the file and not create a txt file?
Hey tribe, newbie here. Wrote to support with this issue, no answer, clock’s ticking. Problem: I built my first Zap, trying to trigger two actions when a sale is made (hooked by webhook that works). First task works fine (send eMail from Gmail to new customer). Works like a charm. Task 2 (make a new row in that Google Sheet) doesn't although it says it does. Tested it many times, nothing comes. Strange thing, though: When I was messing around in the beginning yesterday, the very first Google Sheet test row WORKED - instantly. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong? Could it be because the Gmail is another Google account than the Google Sheets-related account? Thanks for your insights! Best, Flint
I have created some Zaps to export new entries in my order forms, which are created in WPForms. It works REALLY well except for one problem. Not all fields show as available to send to Google Sheets in the Zapier interface. A critical field in WPForms is “Payment Status” which shows if the payment was processed or not by PayPal - that one does not show. I do need to know who has paid and who has not. Is there some trick to finding additional fields that should come from WPForms? Thanks for any help!
When trying to put in the API + Email address to authenticate Cloze, it gives an error. I’m 1,000% sure the email address is correct & I’ve removed/recreated new API codes 3x’s but with no avail. I keep on getting this error: “authentication failed: The app returned "The user account does not have sufficient permissions for this feature" Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup Double check your Account has the correct permissions Check out our help docs for more information Yet, I only receive the ALLOW / ACCEPT pop-up once, pre approved it and allowed, but still having the same issue. It will not connect. Please send help & advice!
I have created a Zap to connect QB and Salesforce. In the organization, QBs, the donations are added as deposits. There is only an event for payments in Zapier. The created Zap did fire but no opportunity was created (although the contact record shows a modification) Has anyone experienced this before? If so, were you able to workaround this issue? has anyone figured out how to submit a form with CMS-field checkboxes and then save the selected fields as a multi-reference field to a separate CMS collection? In my user onboarding, the user can select category preferences, and I have Categories saved as a CMS field. I want to save whatever the user selects to their Member entry in the CMS, and figure that the best way to do this is via one Categories multi-select field. Here is a screenshot to help visualize what I’m trying to do. Where I’m running into trouble is filtering the form submission for checked categories only and then concatenating those results into something I can submit back to Webflow. Was curious if F’insweet has anything to deal with this? Here is the current data I’m getting from Webflow into Zapier. What I’d like to do is create a list of the IDs associated with true values (because they were checked). Not sure if I should do this in Webflow or if it can be done in Zapier.

Hi, I have an integration for when a new ticket is created in Zendesk that it creates a new item in Jira. And when that item in Jira is updated, it updates the Zendesk ticket. Now I’m looking to create a zap where when a ticket is updated in Zendesk (probably via a comment), it will update the Jira item (probably also as a comment). Starting this zap, the only action that looks like it’d work would be “New Action on Ticket,” but its description is “Triggers when there is activity (an audit) on a specific ticket. Can only watch one ticket per Zap.” I’m not seeing a way to have this be dynamic. Is there a generalized way to have this work for all tickets in the view so that any time one gets updated it triggers a zap? Am I missing something? Thanks!
Right now I have it setup so if a patient clicks my google ad and takes an online screener (google form) it sends them an email to schedule a telemedicine visit. it’s a calendly link and when they schedule it writes it to my google calendar. I want to automatically send an email to my secretary if the patient does not schedule. TIA
Hi, I’m new to Zapier and sent an email to support but hoping to receive more detailed answers here. I’m desperate! I am testing a zap. The end result is the following: Create a folder in Box for each new client - generates a unique URL Unique URL saves to HubSpot company record - custom field (property) named Box Link Use Zapier to connect all of this. (required for Box users) The reason for this is when our sales reps are working with clients they have to currently manually add the unique URL to the HubSpot custom field named Box Link. This would allow to auto-populate once the client folder is created in Box. I’ve attempted myself but i’m falling short in the step attached. Thank you so much!!!! Zapier_Box_HubSpot Issue Video
Hi everyone, I've upgraded my plan to Starter. I just want my chatbot (Conversiobot) to capture all the data, format the date/time and send it to GMAIL. That's all. Really simple. Run a Test to capture data from my (ConversioBot) it works. Run a test on the format date, it works. Run a Send test to my gmail. Email received. I've tried more than 20 times and still the data doesn't go through when I switch ON (GO LIVE). But when I did the SEND TEST, everything works perfectly well and I received the data and email. When i check my Task History, there's no task. What seems to be the problem... it's really frustrating. I've re-do, start a new zap, and re-create ALOTTT of times but still, it wouldn't work. I need help. :(
Hi I create a Zap that when I received an email from gmail with an specific Subject it create a Quick event in Google Calendar with an specific name. It was working great for a month and now sometimes it work and most of the time Im getting this error : Google Calendar: The app returned "Required parameter: text". I am getting this email from Zapier with subject :” [alert] Possible error on your "QBO payment received--Slack" Zap!” The Zap is from QBO to Slack, and I am NOT getting a failed Zap notice in my Task History, and it gives me no useful data with which I could track the transaction in QBO. This is the error: QuickBooks Online: maximum recursion depth exceeded while calling a Python object QBO is blaming it on Zapier, Zapier is not responding to repeated inquiries and begging for more information. I don’t know how where to go to fix this! Does anyone out there know what this is, and what I should do?
Hi everyone! Zendesk - Pipedrive Integration. I have a problem. Trigger (New ticket in Zendesk -> New note in Pipedrive) only works for one user, which is specified when setting up the trigger. How do I make it work for all users at the same time?
