Hello there,I’m using monday.com to manage my workflows.I sell some different products and for each type of product I have different suppliers or vendors that I'm interested to get an offer from them for each deal.So I want to build a workflow in which when the product is X and the status (on monday) is changed to "Proposals" to send an email with values from the item's columns to the relevant vendors (it can be even 10 vendors).Can you help me with that? Hi,I am trying to find all the line items on a deal record in Hubspot so that I can then add to a sales order in Zoho Inventory.My first challenge: how do I find all of the line items on a deal record? I see the option for looping (https://zapier.com/help/create/other-functions/loop-your-zap-actions) but first, I cannot see how to get all the line items from a deal record. When I look at the fields available for a deal record, I do not see an association with the line items for a deal.As an example, I’ve attached a screenshot of the line items in a test deal in Hubspot.After I find the line items, I believe I can then loop (although I have not yet figured out how to do so).Can anyone help?

Hello! This is my first post here, and I’d appreciate all help I can get :)I have set up a zap for creating cards in Trello based on a Pipedrive filter. The filter could be a certain stage + other attributes on the Pipedrive card.When a Pipedrive card is moved from Stage A to B, a card is created in Trello. So far so good. But sometimes we move cards back in Pipedrive, from B to A, and then back again to B. When this happens, a Trello card is not created. But I want it to be created, even if it’s a “duplicate”. I haven’t found any settings for this on the zap.Do any of you have any experience of a similar setup and know if there’s a solution to my problem? Thanks!Peter
Our Sales team uses user.com to keep track of their deals. They’d like to be able to see any new tasks created in a JIRA cloud project, to appear under Deals in user.com.Ideally An issue is created on JIRA cloud with [CLIENT_NAME] as part of the summary. Is it possible to append that summary to a deal on user.com, if it contains the “CLIENT_NAME” in its name?

I am making a zap when someone fills in a form on zoho it will creat an invoice in xero.this bit works. i then created a zap so it then sends the invoice from xeroi need it to do it so when the form is updated (box ticked in the OG form entry) it then sends the invoice. i cant get it to work any ideas?
Hi there, I am trying to create a Zap within Gmail to automate a sales process for my ecommerce shop. I have come this far: The trigger looks up new emails within my inbox with a certain line of text in the subject - works just fine Now for the action, I want a reply to the email. However, I do not want a reply to the sender address of the email, since it is simply an order confirmation, so the sender email will always be the same and won’t be the email of the customer that has purchased one of my items Instead, within that email there is a link to that customer’s email (it says “Send them an email” and when I hover over that link I can actually see the customer’s email as a preview in the bottom left of the screen). I want the Zap to find that field within the email it looked up in the trigger section and use that email to reply toUnfortuantely, I haven’t found the right field in the “To” (Send to) section of the action for that link or I do not know which of those fields refers to th
Hi all, I am trying to use Zapier as a “middle man” to take leads from Salesforce CRM and post into Connexone DIaller.I keep getting the error when testing the final stage of The app returned "Internal Error" When I use Zapier to post leads into the Connexone Dialler from an excel sheet, it works completely fine using the exact same data fields.This is leading me to believe that there could be an issue with the formatting of the data fields from salesforce side? Has anyone else encountered such issues when using Salesforce or any other CRM? Any help would be much appreciated!Thanks,Billy
Hi everyone! I’m fairly new to Zapier and need help in creating a zap process.I have a webform (on a Wix website) from which the leads are going to a Google Sheet (via Wix Automation).I want to distribute these leads among a team of 14 persons sequentially one-after-another.When a new row (a lead) is entered in the Google Sheet (via the web form), I want the lead to be assigned among the team of 14 persons one-by-one as they come in. So when one cycle of 14 is done, it keeps following the process as new leads come in.(Similar to the Round Robin principle of evenly distributing items to everyone in the group. This means that everyone will get a single "lead" before anyone gets a second "lead" and it keeps repeating in a cycle) The leads being sent to the 14 persons needs to be sent via an email separately to each. Email could be from my gmail account.How do I execute this correctly? Thanks in advance!

I have seen proposed templates for importing company/contacts - both objects at once, but I didn't see anything that has those two AND deals. Does one exist? I am also ready to do my import, and am terrified it will go horribly wrong. Does HubSpot offer hands on support for this process? Other advice/suggestions are welcomed. Good Morning! I am trying to create a ZAP that takes files from a monday.com board column and upload them to a shared google drive. Right now it just creates an html file. I need to be able to take word doc files, excel files, and type of file and just upload that same file to the drive.Rightn now I have created a presentation that has a url link to the file that when I put it into the browser it downloads the file. I want the file to just be in the shared drive folder when I open the folder. Thank you in advanced for any help!
Hi, I’m trying to send an email reminder for upcoming events. I’ve previously created a Google Calendar invite and sent to the group. I’ve figured out how to send an automated message that generally reminds everyone who’s been invited (Basically, “there’s an event next week, check the old invite you already received”, but the reminder does not include event-specific information and most people are having difficulty finding the old invite/these reminders useful. Is there a way to include event details in the reminders?
Zap: I am using Zapier to connect Calendly invitees to update or create new contacts in HubSpot. Issue: I have 4 different invitee forms on Calendly for different types of clients. I’ve created two different zaps for the main two categories of clients that I have. But every time an invitee comes through to HubSpot some of the fields are wrong because the invitee form on Calendar didn’t go through the correct Zap, it’s almost as if by default it choses the first zap. I’ve tried adding different Calendly accounts for the different forms but since both users are on the same email account I’m pretty sure this is not correcting anything. Questions: Is it possible to create a Zap for a specific Calendly invitee form or link them somehow? Do I have to have a different email account for Calendly so that they link properly? If not, how can I work around this issue if each form has different questions?
