Hello, my name is Jose and I am searching for someone with knowledge of how to create an automation for sending SMS with Monday.com I run a pediatric speech-therapy office, and we want to integrate SMS into our client relations so that we can send texts to our patients whenever an update occurs.For example, there is a “lifespan” for the client due to the insurance authorizations being finite; an insurance can authorize, let’s say, 4 months of therapy, and will need to reauthorize more at the end of those 4 months if the child is still in need of therapy. This process has a couple more steps and involves the doctor’s office too, so there are many directions that the documents move and confusion for the patient and their parents/guardians.We have made boards on Monday for this process. Capture purchases from Facebook in Salesforce?
I am currently trying to hook up Facebook with Salesforce. If a person clicks on an add or ends up purchasing a product (linked from Facebook), I’d like to capture that in Salesforce. But it looks like the only option I have is for a FB post or lead. I’ve had the lead zap running for a week with no results. I’d like to capture customer information using a zap but it does not look like it is possible. Am I missing something or are leads really the only thing that can be zapped?
Allow Removal of Old Leads from Google Sheets
We’re using Zaps to automatically download leads from Facebook, GoogleAds and LinkedIn. The Google Sheet and/or Excel worksheet will be used by a member of our team to uploads leads to Marketing Cloud (there is no tool in Marketing Cloud to do so). How can she delete leads from the Google Sheet once she has uploaded current leads? Otherwise, there will be no way to separate already seen leads from new leads. What am I missing?
Remove a second CC email address from O365/Outlook email
I am using a new email as a trigger and using a CC email address to do an account look up. However when there is a second CC recipentant the Zap fails because it is trying to do two account look ups. What is the best way to remove any additional CC email address after the first one?
How to setup zapier to post directly from clickup to facebook,instagram and linkedin
Hello community, I am running a businnes where I need to post content on social media on a daily basis. I currently use facebook business suite to manage and schedule upcoming post, however, I think this could be more effective if I could integrate zapier to my clickup account, so whenever a task reaches its duedate it would automatically post both on facebook and instagram. Does anyone know how this would work? and how would I need to write my tasks so zapier understands what goes where? Thank you :)

HiIs there a way to tell the Email Parser to ignore all subsequent text that appears after a specific value in an email?Our Outlook attaches long legal disclaimers after the “yours ...” salutation, that I do not need to parse, and in some cases causes the wrong value to be extracted.I’m currently sending value pairs like:Firstname: JohnLastname: BloggsEmail: firstname.lastname@example.org but the parser can be hit and miss.I can send a more rigid form like XML or JSON or pipe delimited, would be interested in learning if there is a 100% guaranteed way to assure the email body data is extracted properly from an email. Hi everybody. Im facing a problem with Wpforms, it is a lead form on my website which users text their Phone number, Email and Name and in Zapier Im sending this info to Google Sheets Excel. The problem is that I can’t add in zapier to send to google sheets “Country” and “Date” field, where do I get it to add it?
Monitor a list of Instagram accounts
We need to monitor a list of Instagram accounts that are not ours for original posts (not mentions) and then route them to a Google Sheet. Any idea how I could do this with Zapier? Create Attachment in Jobnimbus from JotForm
Hi there,I am having trouble setting up a zap from Jotform to JobNimbus.My goal is once a Jotform form is submitted it triggers an attachment to be sent to JobNimbus. Upon setting up the action under “Customize attachment” > “File”I am not given any choices for 1. File or 1. Attachment therefore I am unable to insert an action for the file/attachment to come across into JobNimbus.I have also tried copying and pasting the public URL with no luck.All I get is “File extension required”Can someone please assist me on this one? Is there a way to manually add a file extension in the set up for automation of the attachment being sent across every time a form is submitted?
Ending a subscription in Thinkific while using Plug & Pay
Hallo,We have several courses in Thinkific and we use Plug & Pay for our sales page.We did this because we want to offer the possibility to pay with iDeal, the most used online payment system in the Netherlands. We made a Zap for this and it is working fine! Plug & Pay has also several possibilities for up-selling etc. So we are happy with this solution.Now, we want to take the next step. One of our courses comes with subscription. And starting the subscription is no problem. We can do this with a Zap and it is working fine. BUT, how to take care of ending the subscription??Normally when using Thinkific you can see in your account settings your history, the product you did buy and the subscriptions you have. Here you can also cancel you subscription. But because we use Plug & Pay, the history is not in the account settings. So, what to do? Podia > Mailchimp
Hi there, If I have multiple products in Podia, how can I set things up so that different purchases end up tagged differently in Mailchimp. In Podia, I have the products email integration linked to the same Mailchimp list. I wanted to use Zapier to then determine when X product is purchased, the email will be tagged with Y. When Z product is purchased, the email will be tagged with A. But Podia zaps are limited and it just offers a generic ‘new sale’, without the ability to distinguish between what product was purchased. Am I missing something here or am I totally out of luck? Can't see event in Google Analytics setup through Zapier
Hello community, Im using Zapier to connect my CRM (sendinblue) to Google Analytics and get a hit/event everytime I have a successfull onboarding. The issue is that I can see those events in my no filter view but not in my regular view with all the filters. I deduced that the problem is coming from Ghost host filter or the default GA ghost host option. Is there any way to actualy get an event on my regular view ? I’ve also tried to set up the zap on “Non-Interaction Hit” to TRUE and see no diffrence. Thanks for your help
Use fields from "found" Salesforce record for Paths criteria
Hello all,I am currently working on my first Zap. It is supposed to add new participants from Xing to a campaign in Salesforce at the same time. However, this should only happen if the participant fulfils a certain criterion.So far I have "New Attendee" from Xing Events as a trigger. Then I search for the email address in Salesforce and find the corresponding record. Now I would like to create a path in Zapier for 1.)The record meets the criteria - should be added to the campaign.2.) The record does not meet the criteria - It should not be added to a campaign. My problem is that the path criteria (as well as the Zapier filter settings) do not allow me to access the Salesforce fields, but only the Xing fields (see picture). So how do I get the Salesforce fields into this Path decision?Thank you!

Create contact in Hubspot with Podia
Hello, Since few hours i try to create a contact in Hubspot with Podia, i can get the email but not the last name and the first name.I use the trigger “New sale” in Podia and “Create Update contact” in Hubspot.When i configure the Zap and test the trigger i can see the good value of customerFirstName and customerLastName. In the hubspot side, i have selected the good property and the good custom value linked to the first name and last name of Podia. When i test the zap all it works, i have the last name, the first name and the email in Hubspot.After that, when i buy something in Podia with a new account, i can see only the email in Hubspot.When i go the the task log, i see some fields with no value and i don’t understand why : Fields with no value:salePaymentMethodcustomerFirstNamecustomerLastNamecustomerFullName Thanks for your help !
Invite link for custom KV Core integration not working
I messaged Zapier customer service about this issue but they never respond to me so I’m hoping the community can help. I’m looking at sending information from Podio to KV Core which is what realtors use as their CRM. Is this possible?I’ve seen a custom made integration to KV Core but when I click the invite link it just takes me back to the homepage where my zaps are. How do I remove a Student on my online platform after X amount of days
Hi! I just used Zapier to automate a student creation on Xperiencify through a successful payment on an order form in ClickFunnel.I am building a 5 day challenge for my online course program and I am offering it for $5 to participate and an upsell of $27 for a lifetime access to the course.Now what I would like to do next is make a zap that determines who paid $5 and $32 (participation and upsell purchase); the payment will go through Stripe. Then after the 5 day challenge is done, those who paid $5 will have their access to Xperiencify removed. Also, Xperiencify doesn’t have an option to “remove a student after x days”; the only option would be to determine who paid $5 and manually remove them from the class list. What I had in mind is:Stripe (determine $5 payment) > Zap > Xperiencify (Remove 7 days later)I tried it but it does not fit with the options available I would like to ask for tips on how to make a zap out of this.
