I see that its pretty simple to have Google Assistant add things to other apps. I am trying to do the opposite. I want google assistant to be able to pull information from a cell on either google Sheets or excel. So in a nut shell I want to say “Hey Google…. How much is the water bill” And for Google Assistant to trigger, reading the total in the cell marked as “water bill”. Is this possible?
My post trigger action is to send an email through outlook but I’m having trouble figuring out how to format the email so that it’s more presentable. Currently it just strings all the text info and data together into one long line. Hello everyone I am new to zapier. I am trying to automate some dataflow from a platform called Salesforce to Teams. Basically what I am trying to achieve is, when a new opportunity has been made (record) it will publish it into a Teams channel chat. During the last couple of days I have been stuck on this one part of retrieving specific property from the HubSpot Updated Deal Stage. Any help on why these properties aren’t getting pulled from the deal in HubSpot would be appreciated. Thanks!
Hi, I am having trouble with shopify sending orders to tookan through zapier. When an order is created on shopify and sent to my tookan acoount the time is changed on tookan by +6 hour. ex: order created at 4;30pm in shopify shows as 11:30pm on tookan … I have already tried changing the time zones in the test trigger and apps and nothing helps..
I’m trying to set up a Zap to send and tag new Facebook leads from our business ads manager to our mailing list. I was able to connect a Zap to my personal ads manager. However, when I try and create a Zap to connect to our business account there is no option for it in “Connect A New Account”.Switching accounts on Facebook gives me this message:
Hello,I want to create a Zap with the event “Create/Update Module Entry in Zoho CRM”,in which when two specific fields already exists, it will update the module instead of creating a new one.The problem is that when I define 2 “duplicate check fields” it checks if only one of them exists, and then updates if it does. I want the zap to update the module only if BOTH of the fields in a specific module are the same as the ones entered.Is there a way to do that? Thank you.
Been looking for a way to open tasks directly from Intercom onto Clickup for our support team, I figured the best way to do it is by making a Zapier integration, I set that every time a specific tag is added to the conversation in Intercom a Subtask would be created in Clickup, that worked pretty good, the problem is I wasn't able to add a link of the PAGE URL from Intercom on to the Subtask in Clickup which made the whole idea useless since we still had to get inside the task and add manually the intercom link. would like know if there’s a way to automate the whole process so the Zap will be relevant.
I have lots of issues with Zapier and the support agents I had email exchanges with just stopped replying. Tony then Maggie, then Dave. I am trying to take an email with an event date in it and have an event created on my google calendar. I have it working if I make a quick event but ti wont work with a detailed event. In the original email with the event, sometimes only 1 date ie 3/2/22 is listed sometimes a date range is listed ie 3/2/22 - 3/3/22 and I think this is the problem. I have tried making the date one field in parseur and putting that into the start and end date field of the google calendar and also tried making 2 fields but then for emails with only 1 day listed parseur fails as the second field doesnt exist. Any ideas on how to do this without creating a whole second parseur?

I have the following setup action and code:When testing the code, it works if the tag I want to remove is the first in the list. However, if the tag not first, it doesn't remove the tag, and leaves all of them in place. Hi!Last week I've done a customer survey and set up a Zap between Jotform and Klaviyo. Everything worked fine and I ended the survey. During data analysis I saw that I forgot to add some fields to my Zap. Now I've set up a new Zap with all the correct fields. I've ran the Zap again, and everything seems to work fine, but it doesn't update the profiles in Klaviyo. Last time it took 15 minutes to update. Now its been a few hours and still no updates. Anyone who knows how to fix this?

I’m building a workflow between Asana and Hubspot so that when a deal hits a specific property stage, the person who is the Deal Owner will be tasked in Asana and assigned a task.The issue I’m running into is finding the information to sync the Owner ID with the Asana Assignee GID. The users of this Zap have both Asana and Hubspot accounts. I’ve tried using the action, “Find Contact in HubSpot” however, I’m having trouble finding the Deal Owner ID’s email and then syncing it with Asana.Any help on how to achieve the objective of assigning a deal owner in Hubspot an Asana task would be much appreciated.
I want to connect a google Sheet and a Google Calendar, such that when I add a new Row to the Sheet, it creates a new Event on the calendar using the data from that new row.I set up a Zap that I thought wold do this. “New Sheet Row” triggers “New Calendar Event.” When I was creating the Zap, it asked me to enter data for an event, which I figured was some sort of sample. Every time I add a Row to the Sheet, it pulls that sample data to create an Event. So it is just creating the same Event over an over when new Rows are created, ignoring the actual data from the Sheet.Did I do it wrong? Is this how it is supposed work? Is there a way to accomplish what I want? Thanks!
I am trying to make a zap that will create an activity in Agencybloc every time an event is created in outlook. Every thing looks good but when I test the trigger I get this message in the Agencybloc section:The app returned "Invalid or Missing Record Association Type or ID". Anyone know how to fix this?

Good day Zapsters, We've been using Zapier for a while now, and some Zaps haven't been touched in over a year because they worked perfectly, now they are turning off at the same time every day. This started occurring recently, we think since the new UI changes that were recently implemented.Any one experienced the same thing or have some helpful advise?
Hi, I’m testing Jotform’s internal integration with Google Sheets and then using that “new row” as a trigger to POST a webhook. The data is appearing in the new row but the trigger is not working. I understand there is a delay but it is simply not triggering. Is there perhaps something I have missed here? I use “new row” as a trigger for a similar workflow with the data coming from a 3rd party source other than Jotform. It works great.
