I have trouble creating a Zap that either takes data from a Google sheet or directly from Squarespace and creates a new 17hats contact.My spreadsheet or form only has name, email, phone nr .. Zapier doesn’t let me finish the Zap. Are the other fields absolutely required by 17hats? Thanks
I just spent an hour or so trying to get one of my Zaps to trigger, and nothing seemed to work. Then suddenly when the clock struck noon (PST), all of the Zaps I had attempted to trigger over the preceding hour launched at once.Does anybody know where I can adjust this setting so that my Zaps will run at any time? Thanks!
Hi,I am new to Zapier and my apologies if this is a very basic question.I am creating a zap with three steps:Trigger and capture assessment data Create a new Google Doc from a template and write into a Gdrive folder. The Share Preference is set to Anyone With The Link Can Edit. Send an email with the doc created in the above step as attachment, using GMail.Steps 1, 2 work perfectly. Doc created in GDrive folder.What do I put into the Attachments field so that the doc is attached to the email ?I tried searching for a similar request herein and did not find any. Any pointers, tips would be helpful. Thanks
Hey everybody!I have created a ZAP which should be triggert by a webhook. This works when i test the webhook with test data. Only when i use real data nothing happens. General infoWe try to connect two systems, Wordbee and HubSpot. Wordbee generates webhooks based on new orders. So every time a new order is created in Wordbee, A webhook is filled with data. This works. I can see all the generated webhooks with the data. In this webhook, the URL generated by Zapier is entered so this should trigger the zap. Unfortunately, this trigger is not working. Does this issue sound familiar to anybody and can anybody suggest any solution to this issue?Thanks!
I am trying to reconnect an account I disconnected. I am following the help screen. It says I can connect an account from the “Zap editor” by selecting Connect an Account. For the life of me I cannot find the Zap editor. I search on zap editor in help and don’t get any help on it. How do I open the zap editor?? I also suggest to Zapier: Please modify your help screen on connecting an account to include a path to the editor Please add a help topic on the editor. Thank you.
hi, so i want to use zapier to create a zap that check if a website url taken from a google spreadsheet cell return an error when you try to visit them and then put a value like “To Verify” in the column to the right of it. But i’m not sure if there is an app that check if a website is still working or not. i also want that to repeat itself until the zap goes through a whole column. does somebody knows how to do this ? i have friday as a deadline to do this and i just started using zapier today, so i’m not sure what to use to be able to do this.

I am working on a zap with the following items. Trigger: A new row inserted in a google spread sheet which has the columns “First Name, Last Name, Amount”.Action: Based on the first name and last name, find contact from Salesforce and then create an opportunity with the amount. My match criteria for “Find Record” in Salesforce is FullName = firstName + ‘ ‘ + lastName. My problem is below.When I use the “Find Record” with the first name+ last name, all I am getting is the Id field of the Contact only. How do I get other fields like AccountId from the Contact object? In the next action step, when I create an opportunity, I need to associate it with the account that is linked to the contact. I don’t see any documentation or help from Zapier regarding this. Can someone help?
Zapier Not showing Spreadsheet as option to select even though is connected to my Google Drive (Part 2)
After following all of the instructions in the previous statement I still cannot seem to get the zapier account to link. I tried copying the portion of the URL suggested and pasting it into the custom field but still I received an error. Are there any other recommendations?
I want to connect WooCommerce to GetResponse. I need a zap set up so that when someone signs up for a subscription (yes I have that plugin already) a specific one, because we have at least 10... I need for them to get added as a contact in a specific GetResponse list. If I can do this then i need to set up similar zaps for different subscriptions/memberships to different GR lists. Good morning all,I´m stuck on the last step of my zap.After contacting support and they told me that they had a + in the request to stripe.I´m wondering if i can remedy the situation.The problem is that Stripe doesn´t allow me to create an Invoice, only subescription as an action. Therefore I though to configurate a Zappier codeline with the code given by stripe...erro message. Anyone has any idea how can I fix this issue of mine? Thank you in advance,
First, I am not a tech person so I have no idea if this is even possible. I work for a nonprofit that has grown over the last couple of years. We find ourselves not always knowing where everyone is at and if we have coverage in the office. We are a 24 hour crisis center so things get a bit crazy. We recently started using Gsuite to help better coordinate us. What I envision is that every Gsuite user would put their appointments into their Google calendar which would then pull that information over to a Google sheet. Something like this... We’ve tried using just the google calendars and turning them on and off but it just ends up looking a mess and is confusing. Yellow represents their regular working hours and grey are any appointments they have scheduled. I have looked for a program or software that could do this with no luck. I don’t know if I’m asking for the impossible but it would greatly help us to have this quick overview of where and what everyone is doing. Any thought
I have created a zap to update my google contacts using my app, update flow is as follows:my app → call webhook with payload → google find contact → google update contact existing contact.I have all mapped necessary fields using payload data, but i cannot seem to change first name, last name. it doesn’t changed but other fields updated, are there any restriction kinda thing when updating a google contact?
This zap is relatively straightforward - whenever an order is created on Amazon Seller Central, create a new row on Google Sheets. I am able to download a csv of orders on Amazon Seller Central in any time range, which provides data such as date, order_id, price, status, product name, etc.. However, Google Sheets is only receiving partial data. More specifically, only the dates, status, service, product name, and asins are captured. Other important pieces of data such as item price, shipping price, currency are not being sent to the Google Sheet. Anyone have any experience with zapping orders from Amazon Seller Central to Google Sheets who can chime in about this? Any help is appreciated!
I have a client that sends me automated validation requests in the form of an excel spreadsheet. The Spreadsheet can have anything from one row(request) to about 200 rows(requests) of data.The response that I have to send back is limited to a simple Y or N but I have to place that response into a specific field within the excel spreadsheet and have the same email subject.I would like to automate the review of these requests but I’m struggling with how to handle the varying number of rows. Does anyone have a suggestion?
Hello, I am trying to display some picture in my Glide App. Those pictures are currently stored in Google Drive. Unfortunately, my Google Workspace prevents user from sharing links outside the business and would like to leave it that way. Would there be a workflow I could create to save those pictures on Dropbox? I could then use the Dropbox link to feed my Glide App. It can be an other service than Dropbox, I dont mind. My last resort is to just save those pictures on Dropbox from the get go but that implies more manual work from my supervisor. Thanks
