Remove line items from imported .csv

Hi,

I receive a daily .csv report in Gmail then use Zapier to create a task in ClickUp for each line item in the report.

My issue is that some line items in the .csv don’t require a task to be created. So I’d like to filter those out prior to creating a task in ClickUp.

My questions are:

  1. Can I remove line items meeting a certain condition after step 2 below?
  2. Can I add a filter step to the loop without prohibiting the loop to execute for the remaining line items?

Hi @Taxprepper

Yes, the Looping app will run for each detected line item iteration, even if a filter step is included.

Check out the available help article for the Looping app: https://zapier.com/help/create/other-functions/loop-your-zap-actions

TIP: When in doubt, test it out!
