Hi,

I want to integrate Freshdesk tickets/ contacts into Active Campaign. However when i take “ticket created” as a trigger start, it does not send along the Requester E-Mail, which is definitely not Null nor empty. 

 

Anyone having the same problems?

Hey @Johanna, it looks like we have a New Feature Request for including; Original Senders Email Address - Body of Email - Create Date/time, in the New Ticket Trigger. I’ve added your email so you’ll be one of the first to know if/when this gets implemented!
