We have the Zoom Meeting Registration trigger up and running. But this requires us to create/amend zaps every time we create a new meeting, as it seems to only work for one specific meeting.Anyone know how to create a zap that will trigger for registrants of ANY meeting - now and future?
Hello !I would like to create a system where every post from my website (drupal) can be posted automatically in my Facebook group. I am currently trying to set up automation so that the messages that are sent from our discord server will be sent over email also but the issue is that the people that would be reading the emails don't know our discord usernames and in the server we have all renamed ourselves to be easily identifiable but im having trouble figuring out how to get zapier to insert the nickname instead of the username. If you have any idea if/how this may be posible please let me know. Also i dont have a great deal of background when it comes to programing or api’s this is a project for my highschool robotics team cause our school is super strict about communications.
Hi there!Does anyone know if it is possible to determine if any zaps in a particular account touch a specific field?More details on the use case… First and foremost, I’m trying to determine if it’s safe to change a field name in Airtable. :-) I tried searching zap history by the field ID / name, but nothing showed up (even when trying this method for a field that I know for a fact is being used in many zaps).Further, I’m also looking for a way to easily “inventory” what fields I’m using in each zap - we have a shared team account and thus have LOTS of zaps, some of which might be duplicative and unnecessary. It would be great to somehow be able to grab a set of metadata that lists what field names/ids are used in each zap so that I can more easily start to map out the bigger picture.I hope that all makes sense - thank you!
So I've configured zapier to take social media posts from air-table and send them to hootsuite for posting on Facebook/twitter/LinkedIn for about a year now. I have different zaps for processing assets or URL’s with accompanying text and hashtags and after a lot of wrangling and testing initially, it works great.Problem is I can’t get this to work with our Instagram account as Zapier reports - This social profile type is not supported by our API at this time.Does anyone have an experience of this and is able to offer a solution or is this purely down to Zapiers/Hootsuites implementation of the API?
I am trying to use a zap to create a Google Task with a due date and time. In my specific example, I want a task that is due at 6:00am in my local time zone. I have Set Up Action to set Due Date to a date/time (screen shot below with relevant section highlighted). However, when I run the test case, the time is set to 00:00:00:000Z, although the date remains correct (screen shot below with relevant section highlighted). Can anyone advise what I’m doing wrong?

So I have a Zap with 13 actions inside it. I am using it for MLB so for example, I have the, Yankees, as a shown below in my, “Home Team” action.In total I have 6 actions for the home team (Yankees) and I have 5 actions for the away team (Red Sox). Having to go inside of each action individually to change the Yankees to another team like the Cubs requires me to keep changing the Lookup Value individually from Yankees to Cubs for each action & then having to “test and continue” each time I change the lookup value. Is there a fast solution for me to change these 2 team names and it update on all 11 actions in total (6 home team actions, 5 away team actions)? Help would be much appreicated! Final format is from excel to google doc if that helps to know. Google doc is the last step where it takes the team name (yankees) and all the stats that I want and puts it into my article.
We are using Zapier to move project application information over to Salesforce. Everything is built and working great, expect for two fields. On Salesforce we have a one field (which is a search field for contact) and another field (drop down). Both fields do not map over the information entered from the form. In Salesforce (when manually entered, you have to search for the name(s) first if nothing is found then you can create a record. To me this means a trigger has to be built, but I can't figure out if I need to build a trigger in salesforce or a trigger in Zapier. Or if I need to create a multistep zap. One zap for a dropdown and search field. Then, a second zap for the rest of the application information?
I have several zaps that use this in a formatter step in order to produce today’s date, but it is producing tomorrow’s date instead. When I initially set these up it was working correctly, however I do not know when it started doing the next day instead. I’ve attached two screenshots, one of the set up and one of a test I did today, 4/14/2022. Any idea why it’s doing this and how to correct it?
We have a gravity form the has two address field sections , one for domestic and one for international address. They are hidden and displayed conditionally based on a check box. We like to map them to the same set of cells in a gsheet. So for example city (domestic) and city (international) in gravity forms both map to city in gsheets So far been unable to get this to work. It appears that the domestic addres fields get mapped, but the international ones do not. If we remove the conditional logic from the gravity forms so we can fill in data for both address sections, we get only the international address data- Not both sets as we would expect. Should this be possible? Before we spend any more time testing this. If so any likely gotchas? Thanks

Hi all,I am trying to automate (once a day) the running of a Twilio flow. The main thing I need Schedule to do is trigger a Twilio flow, sending information from a Google Sheet (Phone Number to send text to, text message text). The way it currently works is:In Google Sheets I have Sheet1 which includes the columns: “Phone Number” and “Text Message Text”. In Google Sheets, I also have an AppsScript that (when I click manually) will send the data to trigger a Twilio flow that sends a text to each “Phone Number” in the column their custom “Text Message Text”. When the user respond to the text, I have custom code triggered in the Twilio flow that stores the output text in the same google sheet in the “Sheet2”I can’t figure out how to make the scheduling part work in Zapier. I see how to connect Google Sheets + Twilio, and Schedule + Twilio, but I can’t figure out how to use Schedule to trigger sending info from a Google Sheet and kickstarting a Twilio flow. Hi,I want to use Zapier to grab new published posts on my wordpress site and post them automatically on my facebook page. Everytime i publish a new wordpress post, nothing happens.I've waited for an hour for the Zap to grab the post and publish it on facebook. Nothing. If I go into the Zapier dashboard and hit "Manual Run" on the zap, it works fine. Any advice on troubleshooting this issue? Thanks,
I need some help getting a Zap to work. I have a sheet with all of the meetings we’ve had this month. When we close a deal we set a field to “Yes”. Until then, it’s marked “No”.I would love to have Zapier, find all of the rows marked “No”. Then I’d love to lookup the user in Chargebee.How do I set the Zap so that it doesn’t stop at the first “No” that it finds. I would like it to find all of the “No” rows and complete the steps that follow. I see that we can “Get many” but that limits me to 20 and I may need far more than 20How do I format the step to find all of those rows and not just the first “No”

A couple of weeks ago, I got a message to refresh my OneNote app connection in Zapier. Did so. Seemed to succeed. But immediately a Zap began failing. This Zap has been working for literally years (since 2017).It is a Zap to take a recently-completed task from Toodledo (that part works fine) and append it to a page in OneNote.As I worked through editing the Zap, I found I could not see all my OneNote notebooks in the select box. Some, but not all. In particular, I coud not see the OneNote notebook I have been writing to via this Zap for 4 years. I do reload, search… The Notebook I want is just not found by Zapier.I am logged in to my Microsoft 365 account while doing this, of course, and in any case Zapier reports that the app connection to OneNote is fine. But within Zapier I am just not seeing several of my notebooks, among them the one I want to resume writing to.Any help gratefully received. TIA.Iain
I use Smartsheets for our customer database and want to automate tasks flowing from a Smartsheet cell to Google Tasks.There is a column in Smartsheet and all tasks for a given customer are displayed in 1 cell of that column:-Put folder together-Schedule introduction call-Prepare sales presentation ….all in 1 cell. I want this list basically synced with Google Tasks. I have a Zapier Formatting step to separate the cell contents into 3 separate fields to create 3 separate Google Tasks. The challenge is how do I set it up to create multiple Google Tasks? It’s important to note that the number of tasks ranges from 1 to 8, not always 3. So the zap needs to check this and then create each Google task.

I have a client that sends me automated validation requests in the form of an excel spreadsheet. The Spreadsheet can have anything from one row(request) to about 200 rows(requests) of data.The response that I have to send back is limited to a simple Y or N but I have to place that response into a specific field within the excel spreadsheet and have the same email subject.I would like to automate the review of these requests but I’m struggling with how to handle the varying number of rows. Does anyone have a suggestion?

My "dateTime pretty" field adds an hour to the event time, but the "dateTime" field shows the correct time.
I have a trigger setup that looks for a new event start in Google Calendar then sends out notifications before A meeting. The problem is the “dateTime_pretty” field is adding an hour to the event time, but the “dateTime” field is showing the proper time.
