Error creating SharePoint folder with Gravity Form submission attachments.

I am creating a zap wherein whenever there’s a new submission via gravity form, a sharepoint folder will be create consisted of all the attached documents in gravity form. However there’s an error saying it cannot create folder.

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, a screenshot of the “Action” section of your action step? Here’s an example screenshot:
