Using Chat GPT to identify missing info and sending an email

Hi team 

I am struggling with correct chatgpt zap 

I want to be able to read new emails, identify where there is missing info (eg an order quantity might be missing on a sales enquiry) and then reply asking for that info 

Any ideas?
