Recently I had two Zaps stop working and the teams losing data and confidence when updates to the Notion database were made. 

 

The Zap looks for a new line in Google Sheets, and creates a Notion database item. But when the database was updated to include two new columns/values that were not applicable to the Zap - it stopped working.  

I know for example that changing a field in Notion (title, type, etc) that the Zap updates will absolutely break it - but what about other modifications that are not part of the Zap?

I’m using Google Sheets - will moving a Sheet from my account to a Team Drive break the Zap?

Can I update the account in a Zap from my personal account to a “workflow” user account that is shared amongst multiple users?
