Google Lead Form to ActiveDemand Internal Server Error

I have 13 Zaps and 11 of them are returning an internal server error on testing the action. The zaps are triggered when a Google Ads Lead Form is submitted. The action is to create a new form entry in ActiveDemand.

Here is the error I am receiving:

Failed to create a create form entry in ActiveDEMAND

The app returned "Internal Server Error".

I’m unsure what could be causing it because it seems like it works for a few zaps and not others. Any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Zaps.

Hi @resco

Good question.

Internal Server Errors usually mean there’s is something wrong with the app’s server handling the request.

It may be temporary and resolve itself in due time.

You may want to reach out to ActiveDEMAND support to inquire further about ongoing issues.
