Start A Zap Manually Without Having To Use Webhooks As A Trigger

I’m working with a client who has an incredibly complex workflow that doesn’t allow for much automation.  

One of the tasks I’m trying to automate is filling out a PDF from data in a Google Sheet row.  The problem is that the spreadsheet cannot be formatted in a way that is readable by Zapier for a number of reasons irrelevant to accomplishing this task.  

Here’s my question:

Is there a way to launch a Zap directly from Sheets?  I’ve tried using the Webhooks by Zapier app but that took away my trigger and I wasn’t able to get Sheets to perform the function of using row data to fill out the PDF.

Good question.

In a GSheets cell you can create a link with a Webhook using the HYPERLINK function: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/3093313?hl=en
