Hello all,
I am looking for a way to send an automated “Happy Birthday” wish to my community members. I use Kartra as my email application. They’re solution is bulky and impractical. Does anyone know how to do this efficiently using Zapier? All thoughts and suggestions are welcome!

Good question.
For an alternative from Kartra…
You could use an Airtable Base and some formula fields.
Data would move into Views when the records match the View Filter conditions.
Airtable has internal Automations that you can use.
OR Views can be used to trigger Zaps.
Hi Troy, Thank you so much for the Airtable solution. I have used that application before, but didn’t know about that capability. I will look into that for sure.
A quick alternative followup thought after doing a bit of digging yesterday. Do you think it’s possible to go Google Form - Zapier - Kartra? Meaning, capture the bday with the form, then let Zapier send the action to prompt Karta to send an email on that date?

+14That would depend on the capabilities of Kartra.
With birthdays it needs to be able to work on an annual basis. (meaning excluding the year)
