Can I update the item on monday.com when an appointment is canceled in Calendly?

Hello, I need some help.I'm integrating monday.com with calendly.When an appointment is made, the automation creates an item on monday.comWhen an appointment is cancelled, I am unable to update the item created with the appointment.Could you help me automate this update?

Hi @Thales.Cavalcante 

Good question.

In Monday, you need to store the Calendly Event ID.

Then you can use that to lookup the Monday Item, then update the Monday Item.

  • trigger: new schedule in calendly

  • action: create an item on monday with a ID booking. (done)

2nd zap

  • trigger: invitee canceled in calendly

  • action: ?

  • action: ?

how do i do the other steps?
