Test Data don't load in „New Draft Order Shopify“ trigger

When creating a zap for the trigger "New Draft Order Shopify", no test data is loaded.

I know, its a instant triger.. but also in live mode, the Zap is not triggered after a draft order has been created.

This applies both to draft orders without a filter step and to draft orders with a filter step.

#D28 is a old order draft, because I updated a tag for test reasons it shows up at the top in shopify.

The newer ones dont show up.

Hi @MW4521 

If you are able to configure your Zap action steps, then turn the Zap ON and test live.

Check your Zap Runs history details for activity and to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

@Troy Tessalone Thanks for the feedback. I have just been able to view the data: The filter step after the trigger ensures that the Zap is not executed any further.

How can we solve this problem?

Flow:
- Draft order is created manually
- Tag is set manually

There is perhaps a minute between creation and tag marking.

We can only add the tag after the draft order has been created.

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

I’m not seeing any reports regarding the “New Draft Oder” not triggering. Could you please try these troubleshooting steps for me?

  1. Turn off the Zap.
  2. Reconnect your Shopify account.
  3. Publish the Zap again.
  4. Trigger the Zap by creating a new draft order in Shopify.
  5. Check your Zap History if there’s any Zap run.
