I am trying to use Formatter>Text>Split Text to split a single field into multiple columns. This works currently with a comma set as the delimiter but later when I tested the parsing with a field with a comma in it, it split that one field into two separate columns in error. Here’s what the originating data looks like when I click to select it in Zapier:And here’s what the output looks using only a comma as the delimiter, once it has been sent to a Google sheet: You can see that the first row of data came over fine but on the second one I filled out the form with a comma in the first two fields (in the source program) and when Zapier captured it then processed in “Split Text”, it split the fields at that comma, resulting in 4 columns where there should only be 2, pushing the rest out to the right. Is there any way to split this out more accurately with a better delimiter or a different function besides Split Text? I tried splitting by “],[“ and also “,” and ‘”,”’ but all of these
Hello guys!I have recently created my first Zap which consisted of getting any new messages posted in a Discord Channel used for announcements and creating a new post with its content on my WordPress server that will be shown on my website.It worked out great at the start, but I noticed that if the Discord message has any links they would be ignored . So I believe the message is being "carried over” in plain text and the post are being created without hyperlinks.Any advice on how to solve this?Thank you for your attention
Hi, I was recommended by Pipedrive support to contact you about automice invoice information into deals in Pipedrive. My problem: I register a lot of deals in Pipedrive every week. A lot of them are connected to the same customer. My Finance department needs the invoice information for evry dela, to make the invoice. They take this information from Pipedrive manually, and send the invoice to the customer. The problem is that the invoice information doesn't automatically follows from deal to deal for the same customers/accounts, which means if I get 100 sales from one customer in one monte, i need to write in the invoice information 100 (!!) times, the same month! There must be a solution for this? To make Pipedrive fill out this type of information for me automatically, on delas that I already have written in the address so many times before!? We talked about this with Pipedrive, and they dident have a solution, but said that you might have? I so hope that you can help me. Because all
I have been using Zapier for a couple of months now and everything is working well. I want to take the process to the next level. Current Process:MANAULLY create a Zoom Webinar in ZOOM account (ie., Webinar “A”). MANUALLY create a ZAP to will take all Webinar “A” registrants and add (or update) their registration info in our existing MailChimp Audience account.New Process:Is there a way to automate Step 2? Therefore, I go into my ZOOM Acount, create the new webinar only. After the Zoom activity, Zapier autmaotially recognizes the new webinar and continues to monitor for registrations like all the other webinars. The problem I face is that I cannot figure out how to get Zapier to automatically recognize the addition of any new webinars automatically. Since I am new to Zapier, maybe someone else figured out how to do this. Thank you in advance!
Hi there, If I reconnect an app using a different API key, will I need to reconfigure any of the zap step configurations using that app? In other words, I’d like to make sure that If I swap out an API key I don't need to redo all dependant zaps. In my case, the new API key is for a different user in Airtable which has all the same access permissions in Airtable as the existing user/API key. Cheers
I am trying to set a Zap for if a file is added to a OneDrive folder the file is uploaded to Frame.io. I have been able to get the zap to seemingly create an asset in Frame.io but the asset is empty. I am using the “download url” in the File field. Does anyone have any insight or experience with OneDrive and Frame.io integration?

Hello I want to create a Zap that will update a google calendar event when a customer paid an invoice (essentially to change the summery to include the word Paid)To make this post short ….I used the find event to locate the event I wish to change - All goodThan i used another stage - Update event and use the found event as the search key The error message I get is “The app returned "Not Found". How can the find event be successful and the subsequent update fail due to not finding the SAME event(by the way the reason I added the find event stage was just as QC stage to see that the correct event was being found) Any ideas?Thanks!
I am connecting Zapier to Salesforce, and after a few hours or by the next day it will disconnect. This is our 1st Zapier setup. Per your help, I have made sure we only have less than 5 oAuth user’s. As an example when I come in the next morning and log into Zapier, select “Test” to check the connection, it will say “ Not working”, and I can select the “see details” and get this picture as seen below - and I have double check to make sure all are this are done. By the way, I have the Zap set to “Off” as I am still working on this, but haven’t been able to complete it 100% because the next day it is no longer connected. Any help is appreciated, and here is the error picture:
I just started a trial for Zapier and I’m trying to figure out how to make a phone call and read an email when an email with a specific subject is received. Is that possible? If so can anyone please give me some examples or an idea where to begin. I’ve searched the KB and community and can’t find any examples of how to use email events to trigger phone calls.I use Office 365/Outlook and my phone system is 3CX p.s. So as we know zapier doesn’t have a MindBody integration set up, but they suggested I ask here to see if anyone has set up a custom integration before (with web hooks? or something like that)? Is there a way to enter multiple lines to Xero Bill? I have a Bill in Xero, and it can have more then one lines of Items on a bill. Posibly to detect by Zapier what new lines have been added to Smartsheet, and then insert all these lines with specific columns to Item in Xero bill.
I need to connect a 3rd Party app to my Salesforce org to Create a new Custom Record in a corresponding Account - Accounts have Unique SFID in 3rd party app - once created I then need Zapier to Update the SF Record anytime the Record is Updated in the 3rd Party App. More work after this, but this is a start. FYI 3rd App works with Zapier and has “New Record” and “Update Record” capabilities already setup in Zapier. I just cannot figure out how to connect the two systems.

We have created all of our Gravity Forms Zaps in version 1.1.0, but that has now been upgraded to 2.0.Unfortunately, we’ve lost the ability to just create a new zap inside of Gravity Forms that triggers a webhook. (this pulls information into a google sheet for us)This is important because we have been using this same webhook from this one zap across multiple Gravity Forms.My question: Is there a way with 2.0 to simply call a previous webhook across multiple gravity forms like before? It appears that I have to start from scratch each time (which would be very time consuming since the form in question has about 50 fields that would each need to be mapped every single time.Any help is greatly appreciated! When I attempt to connect my Zapier account to my WordPress instance, I get the following error: I have the latest version of the plugin installed, I’m not sure what “pretty permalinks” are- those have not been in WordPress as an option in quite a while. Here are my current permalink settings though: I tried also enabling the legacy API and that did not work. I don not have any security or caching plugins installed at this time.
