How do I change the default update time for a Zapier Gmail trigger to 60 minutes?

Bazar6740

Is it possible to update default “update time”? I have a trigger for a new emails found in Gmail. It has a default update time for my price plan 15 minutes (basically Zapier checks every 15 minutes for any new emails). I would like to change this to 60 minutes instead.

I am aware about delay function, but non of the settings work for my use-case. I just want Zapier to check my emails every hour, rather than every 15 minutes. For obvious reasons I do understand that shrinking this down to 2 min would obviously require plan upgarde, but surely this should be possible to extend this time in my case.

Hi @Bazar6740

Good question.

Most Zap actions work on a per record basis.

For example, if there were 3 new emails since the last time the Gmail triggered checked for new data, then that will trigger 3 Zap Runs.

You cannot change the default check time for “scheduled” Zap triggers as that depends on your Zapier plan.
