Thrivecart isn't showing all live products in trigger for any main product.

I want to build a zap between thrive cart and my email marketing software.

If customer buy product x then add new contact in email marketing software.

However, after connecting Thrivecart Zapier is not showing all main products listed live in Thrivecart. It shows just 8 out of 35 live products. The “load more” button is greyed out and not active.

I tried “refresh fields” also without any results.

Any idea what I need to do, that all listed products appear in the “trigger for any main product”?

If you know the Product ID, then you can set that in the Product field.

Is there no way to reach a support desk at Zapier? Or is this the official support desk?
