Hi!! I am trying to update a ticket in Zendesk from a ticket in Connectwise. Upon a new Ticket creation I am putting the Zendesk Ticket ID in the “summery” line of the Connectwise ticket. Now when I try to search that string to find the Zendesk ticket, I am using the summery line but I really need to parse the ticket ID from that string. Are there any string parse methods available like in c#? Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction!
Hi all, I am new to Zapier , so would welcome any guidance. I posted an EventBrite ad for a webinar, created a zap to trigger a zoom registartion. worked fine. Then as it’s a weekly zoom webinar, I created it as a recurring event in zoom and changed the event on EB to multiple choice for dates, essentially creating a master event with a number of future dates scheduled and available. Now I cant seem to get the zap to work, I can see the ¡multiple events created in EB in the first stage of the zap creation but is impossible to determine which event is relevant for the Zap, the each have a unique string of numbers that I cannot reconcile with on the EB page. What I would like to know is will Zapier work in this configuration? Multiple EB dates for customers to select from, triggering a corresponding registration within Zoom so as to send out the link for the required event. Thanks T
I’m creating a Zap where doing the following: I’m sending Airtable records from a specific view to Intercom Once they’re in Intercom, I want this new user or lead to be tagged with a specified tag The first part is easy, but when I add another step to the Zap I’m selecting “Add/Remove Tag on User in Intercom”. When you’re in the customize tag section, the fields required are “Email” and “Tag Name”. How do I get it to reference the existing User in the zap that is being added so that it can assign the tag to it? Right now, if I add the users email to the “Email” field and assign a tag, if I try to turn on or test the zap, it fails because the User isn’t created yet so it can’t add a tag to the assigned record.
Hi everyone! First of all I apologize in advance for any spelling or syntactic error, because English is not my first language. I am having this issue when I try to add a Create Contact in Tokko Broker. Basically the Facebook Ads to Google Spreadsheet part of the zap was working great. My client asked me if I could add an automation for Tokko Broker, and granted me all access. I followed the step-by-step, linked the API to Zapier, and it seems like it was done successfully. However, when I try to “Send Data & Continue”, it enters a loading phase and then stays there forever. And when I open the Tokko Broker, I can’t find the new Web Contact anywhere. Any idea what could be wrong with this? Thanks!
I have a Zap that triggers off the Scheduler then calls an App to gather data from a Webhook, populates a Google Spreadsheet template, copies the template file to a archive Google folder and finally emails the new file via Gmail. My issue is one that I see others have had where now I need to remove the rows from the template for tomorrow’s report. I don’t want a running report. So I have another Zap that triggers on the new row within the template sheet that calls a find row and then delete row. I find that the delete Zap doesn’t always delete all rows or even fire everytime. I could use some advice from the community whether there is a better way to create a new sheet and populate the data or to reset my master template for the next report. Thank you!
Hi all, I have set up a Zap to create a new invoice in Reckon One whenever an order is booked in Sprout Studio (CRM) but I keep getting 500 errors. Based on the error code it’s a Reckon One API issue. I have contacted Reckon One support but they said I need to speak to Zapier support. Has anyone got any tips for me? P.S. The fields in the Reckon One part of the Zap should all be good except the “printing template” - I have no idea what this even is and there is no drop-down list. This field says “can either be internal identifier or name of template” so presumably any manual text entry should count as an internal identifier?
I am trying to find a easy way to automatically bulk enter a web form that is in an iframe. The iframe web form goes to a CRM that doesn't' have any other integration, and manual entry has become too burdensome. I saw another question that was similar but I think the hurdle I have is the “iframe” aspect of it. I tried to do via VB, which I am sure a more capable person could figure out, but i would much rather have it go through Zapier than a VB script reliant to running on local PC. Hope you could probably help me. Actualle I am using Google Spreadsheets for my reporting which works really fine as I also can use the “Update row” action to add formulas to my report by simply adding “=formula()” - for example I calculate the calender week this way. Google Spreadsheets accepts this and calculates it right away. Now I am thinking of switching to Excel using the same action but in the Excel sheet I always get the “#name?” error even when everything is right. I got this error after Zapier has updated the data. I I know click into this specific cell and hit enter, the error is gone and everything is calculated. But that's not how I need it as this is no automated calculation. Do you have any clue / hint how to solve this problem and be able to enter formulas via Zapier directly into my excel sheet?
Hello. I’m fairly new to Zapier, but catching on quickly i believe. I am using Infusionsoft, and am easily able to create records and add tag(s) via the zap. What I can’t figure out is how to to remove/replace an existing tag. For example I have someone tagged a “Paid Customer”. When the cancel, i want Zap to go into Infusionsoft and delete the “Paid Customer” tag and add a “Cancelled Customer” tagl I can’t find that functionality in the Zap settings. Any help or workarounds would be appreciated. Thank you.
Hey hey! I’m wondering if I can either request a feature or if someone has a workaround for me that could work.I have two separate Event Types in Calendly. Let’s call them Event Type 1 and Event Type 2.Zapier only allows a trigger by ANY event booking. So, no matter what kind of event someone books, the zap is triggered. This doesn’t really work for me because Event Type 1 asks different questions upon booking than Event Type 2, and I’d like to update my Airtable record for that customer based on what kind of event they booked.I tried a workaround that finishes up the zap with a Path, where Path A > Updated Airtable record if “Event Type” was “Event Type 1” and Path B > Updated Airtable record if “Event Type” was “Event Type 2”. This doesn’t work, however, because the trigger (ANY Calendly booking) only comes from the test trigger you pull in, so you can only pull in fields related to Event Type 1 OR Event Type 2, which means all Event Type 2 fields will never be updated in Airt

Hi! I'm duplicating and renaming a Trello (template) board following a trigger I pulled from the Rentman API. This template board is loaded with cards I want to fill with info from the trigger. During testing step by step this works perfectly, but when going through the whole zap, Zapier can't find the cards and creates duplicates. Simplified version of the ZAP: ...Trigger and pulled input... Copy Board in Trello Find or Create List on a Board in Trello - input: Board ID from 2this step is able to find the list in the created copy of the template board Find or Create Card in Trello - input: Board ID from 2, List ID from 3, Card name copy/pasted from card on template board.this step is able to find the board and list, but not the card, while the “Card Name” field is a direct copy past from the template board. - and therefore creates a new card, with the exact same name, which is updated in the next step. Update Card in Trello - input: Board ID from 2, List ID from 3, Card ID from 4. C

I am trying to get use a Zap to get a Clickfunnels order bump to trigger an email campaign in Infusionsoft. I was trying to use a filter to identify the order bump then use a zap to apply a tag in infusionsoft. I have been unsuccessful. Can anyone help?
HiWe are sending orders from salesforce to quickbooks online as Invoices and payments records.The orders in salesforce are in USD, the Customers/Invoices/Payments in Quickbooks are also in USD, yet the quickbooks has multi currency, and our home currency is AED. The integration sends the records with exchange rate of “1” and therefore we get as outcome in quickbooks USD = 1 AED, while it should be USD = 3.675below are 2 sreenshots, the zapier sending data, and the quickbooks.Appreciate any help please.
