I am the Bigin account owner in my Bigin account, so I don’t think I’m running into issues with Bigin CRM permissions. When I try to run the “Create or Update Contact in Bigin by Zoho CRM” Action, I am getting an error that I don’t have sufficient permissions: 

 

 

I am the administrator. I reached out to Bigin help and they told me to reach out to Zapier support, so here I am. 

 

Has anyone else run into this issue previously and what was the fix?

Good question.

I think this error may be more related to the permissions/settings on the Account Name field.
