I would like to set up a zap that triggers the next email in a workflow by adding the person who signed the document in signnow to a segment in flodesk. I feel like i’m almost there but in the action that sends the zap it looks like it wants me to input a specific person who has already subscribed to my email. But I am looking for it to do it for everyone who signs through SignNow. Is this possible?
Hello,I’m working on an integration between Notion <> Zapier.All seems to be working fine except in my Zap settings some of my fields are not showing up, namely “Files & Media” type fields.I wanted to simply pass an Image URL to my Files & Media fields, which works very well in any other type of data input.I just don’t see these fields at all on my Zaps.Any thoughts?
Here’s the scenario:Trigger sends a Slack message whenever a new item is created.However, this trigger is tied to an app that generates 3-4 items simultaneously (even though they’re essentially the same item). How can I have Zapier ONLY send me the last item triggered?I’ve tried to find some sort of throttling workflow and none of the answers I found seemed applicable (or they were written by much smarter people than me and I just didn’t understand what they were saying 😂).
I get this error and I havent been getting for a year but all the sudden a few weeks ago I start getting this error. Task was stopped because its Zap has diverged too much due to changes in the addition/removal/ordering of steps, or substitution of apps.Any clue or reason why I am getting this error. I have a delay and the error starts at the delay and it appears the delay isnt working properly. Also its not happening alot but its still happening for some triggered zaps.
Although this was acknowledged to us via email, posting here as a tracker since now we have a definitive root cause (Zapier doesn’t support Showcase Pages, and at one point did but something changed).If it helps, from our opinion:Showcase pages are around a product (generally).It’s rare that you would use something like Zapier to update a Company page, because it’s really just a placeholder to track who works there, what they do, etc.Seems like it’s a hierarchy issue that should be a simple fix. If Zapier is trying to post as the Company, that makes no sense, because the Company isn’t a user. Everything is posted as whoever is the admin of the page. Thus, if it’s hardcoded to look at “one level up” when associating the account, seems like the simple fix is to tell it to stop doing that and instead, prompt the user for which “account” should do the post.
HiI would appreciate any assistance. I'm busy finalizing my website on Kartra and I need to use Paystack as a payment gateway. I only need Zapier to be able to use Paystack. Has anyone else integrated Paystack with Kartra that can offer some advice? I want to finish my payment processing asap.
Is there a way to set up a Zap in which a Practice Better form which automatically inputs into a Google Sheets document?
I have 2 forms on Practice Better that are used for client onboarding. I am wondering if there is a way to automatically input the results into a Google Sheets document which is set up to provide us a percentage for groups of questions. Ideally it would auto input every time one of our clients completes the questionnaire forms. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello.Ik try to set up a Zap that is triggered in Google Sheet (when a new row is added) to JOTFORM (Then create a new subscription in Jotform. Now setting up the Zap, the attempt to connect to my Jotform account (EU so I answered ‘yes’ to the privacy questions) failed all the time. Hello! I have Zapier configured with Facebook Ads (Lead Generation) and with my CRM, I receive the information of source, medium, campaign (which are static), but the full name, phone and email that are fields filled with the data, I do not receive them. All this arrives blank, the lead without personal data. If I change this and leave my personal data (as an example) in the fields, I do receive the complete lead... Has it happened to you? What should I do? Thank you!
I am having some issues creating what I thought would be a fairly simple rotating roster which tags users on Slack.The Zapier looks something like this:Trigger: Every Week Get or Set a Value (Assigns a value to a key called “Week”) Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets (Searches a “Week” column for a number matching the value stored in the “Week” Key from the previous step.) Send Channel Message in Slack (Tags the staff who are rostered on that week according to the spreadsheet) Increment Value (Increase the “Week” key by 1, so that when it triggers the following week it searches and tags the users for that week) Set Value If - This is my problem step.Once the value of the key reaches 9 I want it to re-set the value to 1. This is because the rotating roster only accounts for 8 weeks before it needs to go back to the beginning and start over. However, in the Set Up Action step for this I have the “Previous Value - Only set the value if the stored value matches this” set to 9.I can con

I am trying to create a Zap to update the status of a lead for my BatchLeads integration. I have it triggered to where if a lead’s status is updated in Batch it will go through Zapier and find the lead with the same address and update the category to ‘Hot Lead’. The main problem is that is won’t recognize my text field from my Podio app in the Find feature. It works with other apps just not my Batch Leads Integration. Nothing comes up. Any ideas?

Only about half of my Facebook page posts are connecting through to Pinterest - more often than not I’m receiving an error message. All of the post I’m describing have images. What am I doing wrong here? Is there any middle step I could add to push my Facebook page posts to Pinterest without difficulty? I wish that the Buffer/Pinterest integration for Zapier were already a thing. Pinterest is very difficult.
Searching over the forums and Google I’ve found more than a few threads of individuals converting Gmail contents and/or generic HTML for Slack markdown, but I haven’t been able to find anything about the opposite. For the most part there isn’t a problem with just taking the text (or raw text) of the Slack message and inserting it as the body of the Gmail action, with the exception of links. For example, a link formatted for Slack will come out as the following raw text. <https://www.example.com/|Example Link>Does anyone have a clever solution for converting this into something more elegant for plaintext or HTML output?
