Unable to create a Trello card for new orders with the same item Googe Sheets.

Hi everyone,

I am currently using zapier to create a trello card if a new row(s) is added/updated on a shared google spreadsheet.  It will work as our order intake platform.Our spreadsheet will be automatically cleared when new orders come in. However, I just realised that if the new order has the same item as the previous one, Zapier does not generate any Trello cards for that specific order. Can I have advice on this issue please?

Good question.

I’d recommend using Airtable instead of GSheets to get around these limitations.
