I have a Jotform “form” that creates a Quickbooks Online invoice. My issue is that I can create an invoice but what if they are not already a customer iN QBO? I’m thinking a zap of some type might be needed. Would I need a “lookup customer in QBO” zap first and conditionally add one if it didn’t exist? Then proceed with jotform invoice creation if customer did exist?
This is “product based,” not a subscription. A one-time purchase.
