A client had some Zaps that we’re not sending data, but no errors were received. After reviewing, I noted that they had the Keap application in the Zap, and they should have had Keap Max Classic. Once I updated the app to be Keap Max Classic the Zap started working. My question is - since no error messages was received could that data when connected to Keap be somewhere? The client is hoping that the data did not just disappear.
I want to integrate my application with a payment app. I have subscription id in my database. Can I create an endpoint or api in zapier which can fetch data from payment app against that stored id in my database and sends me the response?With webhook I am able to do this but it ask for sending responmse on another endpoint. I want the response in the same call.Just like I call a zapier endpoint and it return the data (from my defind flow)
Hi there, I have created a zap in which data is exported into a .txt file. This is both using onedrive and google drive. I need to have my heading static and then the imports on another line (see below) When the .txt file exports, it visually looks okay (the headings are on the first line and the data on the subsequent). However, when I go to import this into our POS system it appears as a continuous string on one line. I can get around this issue if I copy and paste the export into a new .txt file and save however, that defeats the purpose of zapier.I have even tried to code a new line to no avail. Has anyone had this issue? Or have a solution?
The date and time pulled into Airtable differ from Calendly records, even when time zones are aligned.
Hi. I'm using a free version of Zapier to connect Calendly with Airtable in order to create records of all new Calendly bookings in Airtable. I'm tracking the event type, invitee name, email address and date/time of the event. I've managed to connect the two apps but the date and time that are pulled into Airtable are completely off. I've checked the timezone settings between all these apps and they seem to be aligned but the problem persists. What else do I need to check/pay attention to?

How do I create a Zap so that when someone is tagged in Mailchimp (they’ve bought a course) I can add a specific date of my choosing (course start date) to a date field in Mailchimp?This would then trigger an automation so that people get sent emails about the course based on the course date rather than when they bought it!If anyone knows how to set that up in mC too that would be great! Hello,I want to see the total number of email interactions in Airtable from Gmail/Outlook. Also, I want to see the last email sent and received. Is there a way to get the total number of interactions, last email sent and received directly from gmail or I need to export the data from Gmail/Outlook to CSV? Hello, I’m a real estate investor using rei reply for my crm, which is also leadconnector. I have a primary account inside of reireply and I have secondary account in rei reply as well. The reason for the 2nd account is that is viewed as my “burner” account because we text out of it a lot and potentially could get flagged and shut down if we go above certain thresholds. As of right now when we send out a bulk texting campaign in the burner account and get a lead we are having to manually transfer that leads info/details over to the primary account and I would like for to be able to create a trigger in the burner account that tells the system to zap the lead info from the burner account into the primary account. Is this possible to do?
Hi all, I have set up a Zap to create a new invoice in Reckon One whenever an order is booked in Sprout Studio (CRM) but I keep getting 500 errors. Based on the error code it’s a Reckon One API issue. I have contacted Reckon One support but they said I need to speak to Zapier support. Has anyone got any tips for me? P.S. The fields in the Reckon One part of the Zap should all be good except the “printing template” - I have no idea what this even is and there is no drop-down list. This field says “can either be internal identifier or name of template” so presumably any manual text entry should count as an internal identifier?
I have a simple goal: I want to turn on a busylight device (basically an LED light) when a new email is received to signal people to check the computer for the new email.For that, I have a simple Zap connecting to my Office 365 account and triggering an email event on “New Email”. The event is processed via Luxafor which turns on busylight to Red Color. With that, the Busylight turns red when a new email is received. So far so good. But obviously I want it to change color (i.e. switch to no color) again when the email is read. This is where I’m stuck. I don’t find a way to send an event for “when all new emails have been read” or similar.The only solution I found so far is to only flash the light for some seconds when a new email is received and then stop flashing but it’s not really what I want because potentially people miss the flashing event.Am I missing something or is this impossible?
Context: I followed this Zapier tutorial for updating an order in Shopify everytime a customer purchases a certain product.My issue is that when I test the webhook I get this error:[API] Invalid API Key Or Access Token (Unrecognized Login Or Wrong Password) This is my webhook setup: And these are my API keys in Shopify: I also enabled all the permissions from Shopify, in case that was the reason why I get this error, but still no success.Also, when I’m logged in Shopify and I try to access manually to the URL I provided to the webhook (i.e. https://00d…etc…/orders/4911250604276.json), I can access it no problem.Why my webhook doesn’t want to work?
Hi there,I have two steps in my zap:Trigger: New Completed Task in Google Tasks Move Card to List in TrelloIn the setup action in step 2 I am indicating the workspace and board then leaving list empty and for the trello card to select I am inserting the Task Name from step 1 that was completed since the names match. But I am getting an “invalid ID” troubleshooting error on final test. See attached for setup action page of step 2. Thanks for advice!

Hey everyone,I am currently trying to create a multiple step Zap.Trigger: New Row added to a Google SheetAction: Create new Folder in Drive (Folder naming comes from cell in the new Google Sheet row) Action: Create a text file which contains all the data that was added to this new Google Sheet row and place it inside the newly created folderCurrently the Zap stops at the second action and returns: “File not found: Filename”.I’ve tryed adding a delay between the first and second action but that didnt help. Seems like the folder, where the file should be placed can’t be found. Although I used the same custom naming convention when I chose the folder where the file should be placed. Hope someone can help.Thanks!

I have a 2 step form in my application. I created 2 webhooks first one is called when user fill step 1 form. My web hook creates a folder and inside the created folder it creates a google document and add the data user filled on step 1.When user fill the data in step 2 I am initiating webhook 2 which find the folder and under that folder, I want to append the data of step 2 in the document which was created in step 1. But every time I am getting “File not found error”. However I am able to create separate file in same folder for step 2 data.
I have a zap that makes a new WooCommerce customer when someone signs up to our website popup. The zap is triggered by a new signup on the popup, then takes the email address to make a new customer in WooCommerce. We want the customer to be marked as User Subscribed when they are added to WooCommerce. We confirmed with MailChimp that the meta data required to be passed is key: mailchimp_woocommerce_is_subscribed and value:1 so we have that as our meta data. When I make tests by signing up on our website and check the zap history, the output looks right, but when I check the customer in WooCommerce, the user subscribed box isn’t checked. Anyone have ideas on why it may not be working? screenshots below…

I’m have a zap that sends instagram new post information to google sheets. This works well, but when the instagram have children or a carousel of images, it doesn’t work. How can I make the multiple images assemble in an array in one row?When I fetch the children(images) now, it gets displayed in multiple rows, which is not optimal.

Hi all!I am hoping to create a Slack submission form that will populate an Asana task based off the responses to the form. When the workflow builder reaches Zapier, the task fails and I get this message: “An error occurred executing a workflow step you own. Check out your workflow for further details.” I get no further error message or error id, and I am a little confused as to what happens because I am able to test the connection to my workspace and my project with no (noted) issues in the Zapier step. The test returns as complete with no errors, but when I try to actually run the form, I get caught at that step. Any help is appreciated!
We use Rebrandly links for tracking purposes via Slack in our business; however, anytime a new Rebrandly link is created we have to manually create the zap to track it’s clicks via Slack, as Rebrandly does not offer a trigger for 'new link clicks' across the board, only per EACH specific link. The process is a bit of a pain, creating a new zap every time we have a new Rebrandly link that we want to track. Is there a way to automate this process, for example, by having the new “link clicks zap” automatically created whenever a new link has been created in our Rebrandly account? NOTE: Rebrandly trigger option “New Branded Link Click” below is incorrect, as it only allows for triggers on specific branded links, not "any" branded link as it claims it does:
I there!I would like to create an invoice in Stripe when an order is created in Woocommerce. But it looks like Stripe doesn’t support the currency field from WooCommerce. Shouldn’t it work with Metadata? We take orders in multiple currencies, so we cannot use the default currency of our stripe account.Looking forward to your input. Kind Regards,Chris
