How do I embed a Google Sheet link as a hyperlink in a Gmail email?

Hello! I created a trigger in google sheet to send an email via Gmail. In generated email, I want to attach a link embedded in Google sheet cell as a hyperlink, however, I cannot figure out how to do that. I tried HTML code but it simply sends the name of the excel sheet. I want it to look basically like this , where the hyperlink refers to a google sheet file that lives in a cell. Any solution to this? Thank you!

Can I request a refund for the unused plan after downgrading our account?

Hello,We started a refund process for 3 months of unused plan, because we dowgraded it to a free plan but it didn’t work and still charged us. We started the procedure of refund in billing section in our account but we didn’t receive anything. I read we have to contact the support to get the refund back. Help please.

Failure to move file from previous step in Google Drive

I have a zap that imports a CSV file from Google Drive, loops through the csv file and inserts rows into Smartsheet. I have tried to add a step to move the file to an archive folder in Google Drive. When I try to test the step I get the error: Failed to create a move file in Google Drive'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get' The file is specified as 1.File: (exists but not shown) from the initial step New File in Google Drive. The Zap I am working on is “Import Staff Data From Workday” Any ideas would be appreciated, I have tried everything that I can think of… Thanks!

Hello,I am trying to proof a customer that Zapier can help in connecting SQL Server to other systems. When creating a new transfer, I am asked to enter a query which is not working. The source of the data in an SQL view which does not have a column named 'id’, instead the unique identifier called 'key'.It seems the query is expecting to get a column named íd’, the error details can be found below. Facing validation error when creating a Zap for different tax rates between Shopify and Xero.

I’m trying to set up a Zap that creates a new invoice in Xero when an order is placed in Shopify. Our products have different tax rates - 95% are GST on Income and the remainder are GST Free Income. I’ve tried every tax preset from Shopify and they all cause a validation error. The specific wording of the input field in Xero is GST on Income or GST Free Income.Can anyone help problem solve this?

Hi, I’ve been trying to get a Zap to work in which I: Register an invoice has been created in Square Lookup the the spreadsheet row in Google Sheets (in this case, the date due) Fill out necessary data.I have tested the zap and cannot get past the last stage as I keep getting the error: Failed to create a spreadsheet row in Google SheetsThere was an error writing to your Google sheet. How do I prevent multiple Google Calendar entries when updating Notion "follow-up" date field?

I have a simple notion customer database in with a “follow up” date field. It triggers a google calendar entry.The problem is that the google event is created everytime I update the customer (for example if I change a contact). So I end up with multiple calendar entries for the same day.How can I only have it triggered when I change the “follow-up” date field in Notion?I imagine it has something todo with the zapier-filter item, but I tried alot and cannot figure out the correct setup.Any help is appraciated

How do I automate the creation of recurring events after form submission?

Hi all, I want to create some recurring events from a calendar submission. ObjectiveWhen someone submits a form on my site, I want to take the day/time that the form was submitted and create recurring events from the Monday following the form submission. Current StatusI used some date formatters and a lookup table to take the form submission date and create an event on the Monday following the form submission. I have been able to create a subsequent event using additional date formatters based on the original event. Where I need helpCurrently I am trying to automate the process of creating more subsequent events. I would like to just be able to create some kind of loop and specify the number of times to repeat in order to create 1 years worth of recurring events. For context, the recurrence will be weekly, biweekly, and monthly; I’m hoping that I can use the same solution for all and provide a different date formatter and number of loops for each case. Facebook Pages - page not selectable despite working connection

Dear Zapier community, I have a professional FB account linked to my Zapier account. This FB account owns two FB pages. Since yesterday, posting on the page in question has stopped working. As a result, I deleted the Zap and tried to recreate it. However, whenever I try to select the proper FB page while creating a new Zap, only the other page (the one I don’t want to select) shows up as available for selection. The other one is not selectable at all. Has anybody else experienced this issue? It is causing severe disruptions to my flow of content. Many thanks in advance

Recording new Stripe Invoice in google sheets

Hi there, I am new to Zapier and am working on creating a google sheet database for all of the Stripe Invoices I’ve sent out. I have a Zap in place that creates a new row in a spreadsheet ever time a new invoice is created in Stripe. The trouble I am having is that my zap is pulling in a draft of the invoice to google sheets before I’ve inputted the amount we are charging and sent it to our customer. The record then shows an amount of zero instead of what is actually be charged to the customer. I believe this may have something to do with the Trigger being instantaneous but am unsure. Any help would be appreciate!

Zap integration between Shopify & Flodesk doesn't work

Hey there! I’ve been trying to connect my client’s Shopify account to Flodesk using Zapier, but I’m not able to pull test triggers from shopify. It says that there are ‘no new orders to pull so I can’t run any tests, therefore it says the event is deprecated. I’m trying toget the zap to work as follows: once somebody orders a specific order (not just any order), I want to create/update a subscriber into a Flodesk workflow so I can send them targeted emails based off their Shopify order. How do I get the new orders pulled to run the tests so the Zap will work? Thank you so much in advance!

task limit exceeded but can't upgrade

I am on a pro plan and received a message that we exceeded our 5000 tasks. I believe our monthly plan resets later today. In the meantime, my very urgent zaps are being held. I tried upgrading in order to get more tasks, but it says that I need to schedule a call to discuss company pricing options.I’ve filed a ticket about this issue, but they informed me I probably won’t hear back for 24 hours. What are my options here? My organization depends on these zaps. We run a crisis line, so this can’t wait. thanks.

Delaying Email Send from a Google Sheet

Hi!I find myself having to send emails from my google account to some customers with kind of the same messaging, so i use google sheets for this.But, the issue i have is that i would like the Zap action to not attempt to send all emails (each contact is a new row) at the same time whenever i paste the database on the sheet.So, for example:- I usually copy/paste around 50/100 emails at a time, and paste them on the sheet that is being triggered when new rows appear.- I want it to take all of those contacts (rows) and send one by one, with a delay on it, lets say, 5 minutes or something like that.- I know how to set a delay between actions, but if i paste 50 contacts two times, it will attempt to send 50 contacts at the same time each time the delay time is reached.So i want for the zap to somehow drip the emails with some delay between it but dont know how.Im using Google sheet New Row Added → Send email from google accountHope this makes sense! 😁

Hello!I am currently trying to link a client’s RingCentral to Gorgias using Webhooks by Zapier. After troubleshooting some early issues, this one has me stumped:Failed to create a request in Webhooks by Zapier{+1XXXXXXXXXX} is not a valid phone number. (HTTP Status Code: 400)At first I was trying to create a Zap for pulling in “Call Ended” tickets and ran into the issue with the sample numbers Zapier autofilled, so I switched to pulling in “New Voicemail”. I called and left a voicemail, updated data pulled in and now I still get the above error. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! How do I use automation to add new subitems in Google Docs based on unique IDs?

I would like to create an automation that pulls info from a google doc and adds a new subitem if it’s ID does not match an existing subitem. For example below, I want to run a check against these IDs and if the new item’s ID doesn’t match them it creates a new subitem. I’ve been trying to play around with Looper but can’t seem to figure out how to implement this since each sub-item comes in as a line item with a different name. Formatter by Zapier Issue: Split Text Not Mapping as Separate Fields

Hello Zapier Community,I hope someone can help me out with an issue I've been facing. I've been using the Formatter by Zapier to split text, and while it does split the text correctly, I'm having trouble using the split text as separate fields in my flow.Here's a brief overview of what I'm trying to achieve:I take an input string and split it using the Formatter. I want to use each of the split parts as separate fields in the subsequent steps of my flow.However, when I try to map these split parts in my next steps, they don't appear as individual fields. I'm not sure if I'm missing a step or if there's a configuration setting that I've overlooked.Has anyone else faced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?
