Hey guys!I'm working with chatbots and interfaces. Constantly my chatbot seems to go back to the welcome message, like it's restarting. I would like to know if it is possible to determine when a conversation should end, preventing the chatbot from going back to the beginning, and I would also like to know if it is possible to send the entire conversation to an email and/or cell phone number when it ends.

May someone  help me with this?
