How to use a PayPal email as a trigger to automatically send a PDF report to the buyer?

I am wondering if there is a way to use a PayPay email as a trigger to automate another email to be sent to the purchaser. (Email address is in the subject line.) Ideally an email would be automatically sent to the buyer with a PDF version of the report attached.
