I need to set up an account (an integration with Harvest) in Zapier on a 2nd account that I have in Harvest.However - Zapier connects me thru OAuth automatically and sets my email & password and I have no option of chosing my 2nd Harvest account that uses a different email.Possible?
Hi all,have a topic that I’d love to automate with Zapier but am stuck and can’t figure out if it’s possible.Goal: If an activity in Pipedrive is created, I want an Asana task to be created.I know that there is a Zap for this exact problem, but it doesn’t let me specify which pipeline and what kind of deal. Not being able to specify anything, makes this not very useful to me, as it would create tasks that are irrelevant to my team.Maybe I have to put a step before where I can filter in pipedrive? I have a connection that saves new contacts to google sheets, what I am trying to achieve is when i update a contact in the google sheets, i want that contact to be updated in xero too, I think it needs a customer id for it to search in xero, i don't see a lookup option when creating the zap
I have a couple of Zaps that simply monitor for an RSS feed and repost its entries elsewhere.From time to time the Zaps email that there was an error, for example:We ran into a problem with one of your Zaps … Error Message: RSS: The app returned "500 - Internal Server Error".When I look into the Task History there are only Success status runs of the Zaps.Ideally I’d like to see the error and the raw response from the RSS server. I expect that in the Task History. How can I get that stuff in the history or somewhere else?
Hey, I’m currently trying to create a zap that has the zapier bot that will allow a customer access to our chosen discord and given a specific role after their woocommerce order is completed. I’m having trouble in various stages of this. The first step is creating a subscription in woocommerce which I’ve done correctly. The next step is adding this customer to our discord server, not sure if I’ve done this correctly but the bot is in our server. The final step is to give the customer a specific role in our discord server, however I can’t even find the “discord” option that I created with my checkout form on the website. All I can find our the labels such as “billing name, billing email, etc” nothing about the discord field I personally created and is on the checkout form like everything else. I’m not opposed to hiring someone to help me as I’ve paid I think $60 for zapier to be able to do this automated task and I just want to have this completed as I’m manually adding 20+ peop
Here is what I want to achieve and was wondering if anyone might have tried this before or might have ideas.Upload a recording from Vonage business to Dropbox 2. Delete the recording uploaded in step#1 from Vonage business, that way it helps to free up space in Vonage business I was able to create #1 with the trigger of “new call recording available” in Vonage business.How do I do #2 and have it done in a way that it deletes the same recording after successful completion. (or after successful upload to dropbox) TIA !!
I’m creating a zap to populate orders placed in my Square site on a google sheet but there isn’t an option to pull in the Order Number that is shown on the checkout page and sent to the customer via email. I see lots of “ID” options but is there an option to pull in that order number so I can quickly lookup order details when a customer reaches out?
I’m having the same issue when trying to use convertkit with zapier. I put in the API Secret and tested before turning on the zap. The test was successful. When I turn on the zap I then receive the error message invalid API secret reauthorize. I’ve recreated it several times ensuring their are not any spaces and thetest is successful. Please help! Hello guys, I’m almost done developing my app integration, I have encountered this error during testing my contacts trigger that creates new contact on google contacts. I have mapped few extra fields to custom fields of google action, especially contactId field which i intent to use for search and update action for further case. I tried deleting this contactId but had no success, error persists.Message is : Must specify a non-metadata contact field on the person.
Hi there - I’m looking to create a Zap / flow around automating the prospect inquiries and replies we receive on our “hello@” email handle. When they fill out a form in our CRM (we use Pardot & Salesforce), they sometimes reply to our automated form send their questions to our “hello@.” We are manually sifting through these and forwarding over to their rightful account owner, but I know there’s GOT to be something a guru has figured out - I haven’t been able to clearly distinguish what’s possible. With our Hubspot database, we have many types of customers that we are uploading to Hubspot. We would like to limit the customers in our Hubspot to be decision-makers or upper management. Is there any way that Zapier can read further into a customer create/update? Can it limit the customers it creates/updates to managers and admins if specified?
I know you can create a new google folder, but can you automatically MOVE it or RENAME it, once it’s been created?For example, say you have created a folder "ACME CORP" in a parent folder called "Clients", which got automatically created when they became a client. But say they stop being a client and you want to create a trigger (ie, an offboarding form) that moves the folder “ACME CLIENT” from the folder “Clients” to another folder called "Ex clients". Or if you can't move the client folder into another folder, could you rename it? For example, create a trigger to rename the folder "ACME CORP" to something like "old-ACME CORP"?I've been googling and I can't find anything for either moving or renaming folders that already exist. (I only see it for moving or renaming files, but what about FOLDERS)?Maybe it's not possible yet?…Thanks to anybody who can help!
Hello,I’m a local officer in an organization, and we’re looking to expand the way we communicate/share/advertise our events to our members. In an effort to streamline and simplify, I’m thinking it makes sense to have a central repository of our events (either in Google Sheets or Google Calendar), and then from there send it to each communication channel. Zapier is an obvious choice to consider for automated the distribution of the information, however I’ve run into an early problem.On of the main goals of our committee is to have a Facebook event for each of our events. We use a private group for our members, and it’s important that the events stay private to our population (among other reasons, some events are at members’ homes, and therefore their address is shared). The number of events can be anywhere from 30-60 a month, so manually created each event in Facebook is not really viable.I cannot seem to find a way to automate creating events in a Facebook group from either Google Shee
Suppose I am creating a ZAP for importing order to the External API. The External API is not well optimized and requires one call for creating the Order and separate call for each Order Line to attach it to the previously created Order.If the number of Order Lines is low, say less than 10, I can execute multiple requests in a single ZAP cell with custom code and it would work just fine. However, these ZAPs have limit of 10 seconds of execution time. In case there will be Order with 1000 Order Lines, it will certainly reach the 10 seconds limit as the whole import process could take maybe a few minutes.To solve this, I guess I need to somehow split that single ZAP that is executing all the 1000 calls to calling 1000 times another ZAP that is responsible for executing a single Order Line call. I know it is possible to “chain” ZAPs, i.e. trigger one ZAPs after another, but in this case I need to tigger the unknown number of ZAPS and I don’t know how to do that.How do you suggest to sol
HiI am relatively new to Zapier. We have a data source in our first step that includes what looks like a multidimensional array data structure called ‘properties’ All fine so far.However when we try extract this data for inclusion in a CRM database in step 3, this properties variable is combined into a comma separated string (see below) and we are unable to split the values open to use in different fields. Hi,I’m new to Zapier and social media marketing in general.I’m running a FB Ad (lead gen) and created a zap to my gmail with the instant form.I’ve then created a zap from that same FB ad to a mailchimp tag.Should I have created two separate Zaps or should i have added both gmaill and mailchimp to the same Zap? Is one of these ways getting me caught in a loop?Any way for me to check and see if the complete flow works the way it’s intended?thank you for you help, in advance
