How can I remove Unicode to reduce SMS count when sending messages via ClickSend?

Hi All 

Currently have an issue where there is unicode being input into the clicksend message. This is taking the SMS count from 2 to 6 sms needing to be sent. As a result this has dramatically increased my cost on SMS. How do I remove the unicode from Zapier into clicksend?

A Code step can be configured to find/replace the unicode.
