  • How do I create a Zap to check Google Sheets for changes and send a Slack notification if there are any?

I want to build an a logic like this, I have a google sheets it has 4 columns.
There are 12 rows right now I want to check if there is anything changes in the cells if there is a change in the cell I want to print out the full information of the row there the changes were made to the slack once a day. With only one message:
so the changes are in the row 1, 5, 9. I want send the message during the midday that changes were made to these rows and print the content to the slack. 
What would be the logic? I have tried to approach form google sheet side but there is no option to schedule after the checking. 
I almost have it but I cannon’t connect into one.
