For example,

Sample dateTime_pretty is Aug 04, 2023 12:00AM

then, I want to send it to Send Channel Message at Aug 04, 2023 09:00AM

so, I putSchedule At” data like 9:00AM

but it said The "Schedule At" field cannot be in the past. Please enter a value for "Schedule At" that is in the future.

How do i manage this time schedule?

What i want to do is when the google calnder events starts, goes to slack message in the morning.

The value trying to be tested in the Schedule At field is in the past.

You need to test with a value that would be in the future.

Try refreshing the Zap trigger data to get a new example to test with.

Hi @pablo33

Good question.

We will need to see screenshots with how your Zap step is configured, thanks.

@pablo33

I’m unclear about the timestamps you are referencing.

Can you provide a specific example using screenshots where it shows the timestamps that you are referencing?

Are your timezone settings correct?

Check the timezone setting of both the trigger and action apps, and in Zapier. When the timezones don't match between apps, this can cause the event not to be created on the expected date and time. To fix this:

  • Change your timezone in your Zap settings
  • Check your Google Calendar timezone settings.
  • Refer to the help documentation of any other app in your Zap, to check the timezone on that app. You may also want to check that app's help pages on Zapier to see if there are any known limitations or restrictions for date/time fields.

@pablo33

The Zap trigger is: GCal - Event Start

It’s configured to trigger 3 hours before the Event Start.

That is why there is the 3 hour difference.

@pablo33

Try using Date/Time modifiers in the Schedule At field

OR

You can add a Zap step: Delay - Until

@pablo33

There would need to be a space before the +

The H would need to be lowercase h
