How to create a card in Kanbanize whenever a Zendesk ticket field is set?

e.g. When support team in Zendesk ticket set “Escalate to Dev Team” to "Yes”… create new card in Kanbanize.

Good question.

You’ll likely have to configure a webhook in Zendesk:

Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook

This will generate a unique webhook URL to configure in Zendesk.
