I’m making a zap where users will send a message in Discord including a time. The zap is meant to find that time and create a calendar event based on it. The only issue is that it’s hard to get people to use the exact correct time format to match the pattern I put in with Python Regex. This is what I currently have to match this format (00:00PM): \d\d:\d\d\w\w I’d like to have this search for multiple patterns: \d\d:\d\d\w\w OR \d:\d\d\w\w OR \d\d:\d\d\s\w\w OR \d\d:\d\d\s\w\w but it doesn’t seem the OR command is working. I would like to know if this is possible and if not, is there a workaround? Thanks!
My printer (BrotherQL-1110NWB) will only print a label size 17x54 .HOW DO I :TAKE EACH LINE ITEM IN THE ORDER FROM SHOPIFY AND CREATE A SEPERATE PAGE FOR IT IN THE SIZE OF 17X54 AND SEND IT TO TRELLO OR PIPEDRIVE.SO WHEN I PULL THE PDF FROM TRELLO, I CAN PRINT EACH OF THE LINE ITEMS AS A 17X54 LABEL.PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SAMPLE OF THE LABELS.
Hello, I am finding myself in a situation where an automated or scheduled trigger will not accomplish what is needed for a particular workflow. What I am finding is that I need a way to have a human trigger the Zap. I am not aware of the different interfaces Zapier has in this regard. I know I can use Zapier email to have the human send an message to trigger the Zap, but I was looking for something a bit more simple. Either a web addon button or something to that effect. Hi All - We have a team that does cleaning inspections for our properties. They go to a Google Form, select the name of the cleaner that executed the clean, then conduct the inspection. We use Form Publisher plug-in in Forms, which generates a PDF and emails it to Management. I’m currently using Zaps out of my email to then forward the PDF to the cleaner, based on the Subject (e.g. Cleaning Inspection Report For Frank Ricard).The problem - while this works, based on my current Zap structure, each Forward is a new Zap, and I’m approaching my 20 zap limit. I’d like to have some sort of “if / then” but I can’t figure out how to do this. Like, “If Subject = Frank Ricard, Then email Frankthetank@gmail.com. Or if the Subject = My Boy Blue, Then email “email@example.com.” That way I don’t have to keep increasing my Zap plan as my cleaning team continues to grow.Any ideas on how to do this, so I don’t have to continue increasing my Zap plan?
I am trying to set up a zap and I’m hitting a brick wall. The solution is probably right in front of me, but I think I’ve just been staring at this for too long. Here’s what I need to do: A new form is started in Zengine A filter is set up for the action to only run if the form was created but not completed AND if the date the form was created was greater than 7 days ago A reminder email is sent out in Gmail to let the user know that they need to complete this form. That part works fine, but what I need is a way to make sure that this same reminder email goes out every 7 days for as long as the form has not been completed. And that’s the part I can’t figure out how to set up. Ideas?
I am developing an app using the following flow: Catch Raw Hook (Zapier Provided URL). Parse data and compost a customized string. Send the data into S3 test object. This is fronted by a serverless static S3 website form. All is well with the app except security team doesn’t agree that the Catch Raw Hook can be called from anywhere and anyone who has the url. (I agree too). They would like to see some kind of authentication on this #1 url. I took the time to research and came up with many discussions about these needs but doesn’t really give thorough instructions on how can be done. I am using monday.com to prospect for potential clients including their name, phone #, email, etc with the goal of moving qualified clients into activecampaign automations. This is an extensive list and based off my research online, print, etc. To avoid duplicating work, I want to check the client phone # to my activecampaign account to see if I’ve already entered them. Is this possible with zapier? I’ve tried the following, but cannot get it to work.
I am trying to create a zap that creates a google meets meeting but, whatever time I input into the start date and time creates a meeting for exactly 6 hours later. I am working in London time so the time zone displayed is correct.
Hello, I edited one of my lead collections on an Interact Quiz site to collect a custom field, but it is not showing up as an option to select as a data field in Zapier. Currently, when a lead comes in from Interact, I send an email to a parser with Name, phone number and email. I’d like to add that custom field’s entry as well, but the option isn’t there to add it to the body of the email that goes out. Any ideas?

Hi! Looking for help here please- Kajabi (unlike other course platforms) don't automate the payment split between course contributors (instructors) and the course owner. It's currently a manual weekly calculation of percentage of turnover from the course inside kajabi less refunds, requesting an invoice and then processing payments form Xero. Is there a way to automate this calc/ payment using zaps? Thanks in advance. KimF.
