I created a ZAP to get all the Optin Email & Name from a sales funnel in Clickfunnels to Hubspot static list.. The integration was a success but the issue is its only taking the Email means it has only the field for Email.Is there any way I can add a custom field to pick up the full name

Hello everyone,I’m just wondering about a zap that would connect GoToWebinar to a database or CRM software. We are using ActiveCampaign and we managing all the reminders and follow-up emails in it. This way users get a global link to the recording of the actual webinar so if someone clicks to watch the video, GoToWebinar asks for basic information: first name, last name, and email address. The link is shareable so for example if one of the participants wants to send the recording about the webinar to someone who not registered, the recipient can watch the video but only after filling out this basic information. And this is the point where we could catch new potentially interested people. After that we can put them into a database or an excel or google sheet, or even into a CRM system. If there would be a zap like this in the future that would be great!Thank you in advance!TLIT
I am integrating ActiveCollab with JIRA. I managed to successfully create a new JIRA ticket when a new ActiveCollab task is created, but how can I update my JIRA ticket (Title/Description) when it gets updated from ActiveCollab. I couldn’t find a trigger for this action.
The Shipstation step to create the order in autopilot says successful but in the two most recent runs it creates the order with a status of "cancelled" and an order date in the past. I cannot find any evidence of this order in Shipstation either. I have included pictures of how the Zap is set up and a screenshot of the output of the shipstation order creation step. I have also included a previous run (Selection_055.png) that worked correctly with the exact same set up. I did not change anything but now this step is acting up.

Based on the ZAP - Create Xero invoices for new Stripe invoicesTrying to understand what field to use in Stripe to create an invoice in Xero that follows the discount % being originally offered. For example, an invoice gets issued in Stripe for $200 less 10%, resulting in invoice of $180. When the Zap runs, an invoice is created in Xero, but the total amount shown is $200, not $180. I do not know what field I should be using. The discount originated in Stripe under product/coupon.
I have successfully set up a zap for collecting data whenever a Google Lead form is submitted, via webhook.And my action is also set up and this entire scenario is working fine. We have an app connection that is connected to our Salesforce Production environment through a named user login, however we would like to re-authenticate this connection using a system account Salesforce login so that when used in our Zaps, it will show the system user as the ‘CreatedBy’ within Salesforce, rather than the named user. I want to create a ticket in Freshdesk as a response to something. I tried using the Freshdesk integration in Zapier, but it’s missing a number of fields. So I moved to a webhook instead. @calebgonzalez Referencing one of your posts, how can one compress a Flickr album and send it to AirTable and then to Webflow multi-image field? Could you please give details on how this can be done. I have created a zap to add photos to an AirTable record, which works like a dream. A second zap from AirTable to Webflow works when transferring one of the images but it does not work when adding photos to the multi-image field. Any help to automate this would be much appreciated. Each Form belong to a list on Constant Contact.how can i choose the list from constant contact to import it on Podio(i need to import the Lead data on the correct workspace on podio, the Zapier test selects a contact from CC from a random list, not the one i need) what we need is that when someone sends its information trhu the form, our trigger must detect the list from where the contact is coming, that way we can send it to the correct workspace on Podio,
Is there a way to have data from form submission link to a text doc, such as word? For example, could I have the form data (name) linked to a text doc like word, so "Hello (name)" would be replaced with "Hello Sally"?My text doc is more complicated than that, but that’s the main idea. Hi I’m trying to complete my first zap. I want to add a tag to subscribers in aweber when they purchase a product in thinkific. When setting up the action, it asked me for ‘subscriber’ however it doesn’t give me the option to use the subscriber I wish too for the purpose of the test. There are other subscribers but not the one I’m using. When type it in manually, the test comes back withThe app returned "Object: None, name: u'subscribers'".
Hi There, I’m having a nightmare with my Zap between Click-Up and Google Calendar. I use Click-up for my social media content so once a post is approved it is moved into the ‘scheduled’ collumn within Click-up.I want a Zap to activate when a task moves to ‘scheduled’ within Click-up and to appear as an all day event in Google Cal on it’s designated ‘Due date’ to be posted. At the moment, I have to select a start and end time for the zap to work, but because this ‘event’ doesn’t actually have that, I have to select ‘due date’ for both start & end options but it won’t appear properly in Google Cal. Every time I try this the event adds itself to google across multiple days starting at a random point in time or it works for a while and then breaks. Any help or insight would be much appreciated.Kind regards,Sam
Use Case: Sometime I jump in and process paper checks for a coworker in Quickbooks Online and I would love to set up a zap that would conditionally email him only if MY quickbooks user adds a new payment (sometimes he keeps track of things separately). I don’t want it to email him if he’s the one adding the payment as that’d be annoying.Right now I have to email him separately to let him know, but it feels like there should be a way to automate this.Does anyone know if it’s possible to conditionally run a quickbooks online zap based on the user that made the change in quickbooks? It doesn’t seem like it based on my initial attempt to set it up, so I thought I’d check here to see if anyone has a workaround for something similar or if I’m missing it as an option? I want to automate the importation of contact information from a excel document located on onedrive into an Active Campaign account. An existing zap is working as intended with a test excel document containing a limited amount of contacts (15 rows with roughly 80 columns each). When I want to edit the zap to use the real excel document containing 32000 rows, the zap fails to work properly.An existing question was raised related to Google spreadsheet:The reply to this question was that Google Spreadsheets are not optimized for large volumes of information (spreadsheets with around 10,000+ rows), and this can make it a challenge to access them via Zapier.Would this issue also hold true in my case using Microsoft Excel instead of Google Spreadsheet? Is Zapier not able to process larger excel/csv documents like this? If not, what are other available automation options in Zapier to make this import procedure possible?

I’m on pro plan of Zapier. I created zaps that connect Zoho CRM with ActiveCampaign. They were working fine, but since a couple of days, I am unable to turn them on. I toggle the button, and it shows that the zap is activated, and there is no error encountered. Yet, when I reload the page, the Zap shows turned off. This is happening with all my zaps. I have checked both apps and they are connected fine. Contacted support two days ago, no response yet.
