Monitor emails from one folder and create items on monday.com

Hello,

I would like to create a zap which monitors only one folder of the outlook email. 

Any new email in this folder then creates an item on monday.com.

How should I do it?

Hi friends, I wanted to pop in and summarize some of Troy’s recommendations here! 🤗

It sounds like the best course of action would be to:

Try adding a Filter as step 2 in your Zap if there Folder data point comes thru in the Zap trigger data.

Which could be achieved by mapping:

these data points from the Outlook New Email Zap trigger step:

Hi @madamn 

Good question.

Try adding a Filter as step 2 in your Zap if there Folder data point comes thru in the Zap trigger data.

Otherwise, maybe use an Outlook Rule to forward emails to a Gmail account.

NOTE: Label = Folder in Gmail

How to add the folder in step 2. I cannot seem to find it.
