Question

Zapier uploading two copies of the same file

Hi. I’m using Zapier to link my OneDrive to Radio.co account and set a trigger so any new files in OneDrive will upload to Radio.co automatically.

It’s working but the problem is two copies of each file turn up in my radio.co storage now! What could be the problem? I can’t figure it out.

Hi @Kourosh

Good question.

Check your Zap Runs: https://zapier.com/app/history/

If the Zap is triggering multiple times with different timestamps for 1 file, then that is why.

If the Zap is triggering multiple times with the same timestamp for 1 file, then open a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Things seem fine to me in history.

I uploaded four files to OneDrive and there are four files transferred. I’m not sure why there are 7 files in my radio.co account now. There are two identical copies of three of these files and only one copy of the other🤔

@Kourosh

Issue may be due to file size:

Probably best to open a ticket with Zapier Support for them to investigate further: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

I don’t think that’s it, because although these files were indeed a little over 100 MB each in size, I did test this out with a small sized file, too and yet again two copies of that file popped up in my Radio.co account.

Anyway, I took your advice and opened a support ticket. Thanks.
