If the Zap is triggering multiple times with different timestamps for 1 file, then that is why.

Things seem fine to me in history.
I uploaded four files to OneDrive and there are four files transferred. I’m not sure why there are 7 files in my radio.co account now. There are two identical copies of three of these files and only one copy of the other

Issue may be due to file size:
Files larger than 100 MB may result in a time out error.
I don’t think that’s it, because although these files were indeed a little over 100 MB each in size, I did test this out with a small sized file, too and yet again two copies of that file popped up in my Radio.co account.
Anyway, I took your advice and opened a support ticket. Thanks.
