Ridicolous error with no answers

I get this error and I havent been getting for a year but all the sudden a few weeks ago I start getting this error. 

Task was stopped because its Zap has diverged too much due to changes in the addition/removal/ordering of steps, or substitution of apps.

Any clue or reason why I am getting this error. I have a delay and the error starts at the delay and it appears the delay isnt working properly. 

Also its not happening alot but its still happening for some triggered zaps.

    Hi @Jmurph8111 

    This looks like an error with Zapier platform, better contact support. Meantime you can try these two things:

    1. Copy this zap and turn on the copied one
    2. Or rebuild the zap exactly, turn it on and discard the old one.
