Feature Request: Shippo Return Label


Hello!

Using Zapier extensively, and we set up shipments in Shippo via a series of Zaps. Thing is, in the integration, there’s no option to check off a box in Shippo that adds a return label to a particular shipment. We always have to go in manually to do this, for every shipment.

Would love to see this added to the “Create Order in Shippo” integration. Unless there’s a workaround?

Best to submit feedback and feature requests via a Zapier Support ticket to be logged: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

If there is a workaround it will involve using the Shippo API: https://goshippo.com/docs/intro/

App APIs can be used in Zaps with the Webhooks app: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help

Ah great, I’ll submit there, sorry.

And yes, we used the API to track shipments. Maybe I can use it to address this, I’ll look into it.

As my friend Ahsan mentioned, while we can’t guarantee when or if this will get implemented we’ll keep you and this topic updated if it does. 🤗

As Troy mentioned, this may be achieve through Shippo’s API and Webhooks, if you’re comfortable with that! One thing I want to be sure to mention is this route is a bit more advanced and our team will only be able to provide limited support on that front. It sounds like you’ve used this before in the past though. 🙂

Thanks for the help and info! I feel like submitting my first feature request puts me in the power user category for sure, haha. Love the app, it makes the machine run for our very unique use case! ;)
