Affiliatly to Flodesk testing Ok but not running

Hello there-

 

I’ve set up a zap to add new Affiliatly affiliate signups to flodesk. When I test it, the information pulls into Flodesk just fine. 

 

However, it isn’t pulling in the information when new people sign up. I’ve double-checked the mapping, and everything seems fine there. 

 

Additionally, when I go to history, there are no zap runs, so I don’t have any errors there. It seems as if the date is not sending from Affiliatly in order to trigger the zap??

Hi @SarahE 

Good question.

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

Have you tested the Zap trigger event in Affiliatly after turning the Zap ON?

After checking the setup, if the Zap trigger is not firing, you may need to reach out to Affiliatly Support as they created/own their Zap app integration.

Note: To be able to use and integrate with Zapier, you will need to:

  • register an API key, you can find the API keys in your Affiliatly admin panel > Settings > General > API keys
  • enable the Zapier integration in your Affiliatly admin panel > Settings > General > option “Zapier integration”
