My zap has 2 events.
The first is the trigger, It’s activated when record field is edited in salesforce, exactly a picklist. This picklist just has 2 answers: “YES” and “NO”, when this field is changed to “YES”, the zap will activate.
Then, the 2nd event is “Create a document from Template in Google Docs”, until here every process is correct.
The problem arrive when I update the picklist in Salesforce, the Zap takes between 10 to 15 minutes to create the Document in Google…
Do you know why it takes so long to create the document?
