Zap From Jobber Not Showing In Google Contacts

Hi.  Wondering if someone may be able to help me here.  I use a CRM called Jobber.  If have had a ZAP set up for about 2 years that adds the new customer Contact I enter in Jobber to Google Contacts.  This week they stopped showing up in Google Contacts.  Everything in Zapier looks like it is going through, but the do not show up in Google Contacts. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

Google Assistant integration to ChatGPT malfunctioning

Hi guys. Zapier docs saying under test circumstances it's 50 seconds to wait for the answer until closing connection to a 3rd party service like ChatGPT.I am trying to compare the answers for the question piped through via zapier to ChatGPT, and the raw content from the web interface, but it's totally different.Mostly i got error messages back, like i don't get it etc.It seems the delay for the response of ChatGPT service is too short, because simply the integration of Google assistant is failing to work. Anybody has a Google Assistant -> ChatGPT integration experience?

Format content for post in Slack to put link behind text

Dear community, I have a Zap that posts newly booked interviews from Calendly / Greenhouse to a Slack. However, the CV URL can get quite long and thus I tried using the Markdown syntax to put it as a hyperlink on CV with “[CV](6. Attachments Url:https://grnhse-…3fb7f6b59a160e9)”. Stripe error: "We couldn't find any more checkouts. Create a new checkout in your account and try again."

I am creating a Zap to connect Stripe checkout to pass user info to Klaviyo, but the recent checkouts are not loading in the Zap test area. I can see the payment in my Stripe account, but Zapier will not pull any recent checkouts.This is the error I receive: “We couldn't find any more checkouts. Create a new checkout in your account and try again.”Is there a way to do this within Zapier or do I need to add a webhook via my Stripe account in the Developer panel?

WPform to Zoho: invalid column value for Name

I am getting an invalid column value for Name when trying to create a new customer from a WPform in Zoho via Zapier.  In both WPform and Zoho the Name field is separated into First and Last.  Any idea on how to fix this?

Could not update record in Airtable: Invalid permission or the requested model was not found.

Hi, I was going through this article, step by step: https://zapier.com/blog/write-social-media-posts-with-ai-and-zapier/?utm_source=Iterable&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=%09itbl-gbl-pgv-ooc-blog_best_notion_alternatives_20230612-ctnI have encountered two issues: I cannot find the right URL to parse column  “URL to Parse” → “Published Link”, even if I created correctly on AirTable. It just does not show up (please see two attached sshots) I cannot test the final bit. When I “Update Record” and I place the right response for each social media, I get an error (see other sshots attached)  Can someone help?Thank you for your support!

Need help with Facebook Messenger Campaign not Populating Google Sheets with Lead information

Hi,I am trying to connect a messenger campaign from Facebook Ads to our Google sheet but when someone clicks on our ad, their name is not showing up in the sheet. By the way, the messenger from our business Facebook page is connected to manychat workflows using JSON code. When I tried the workflow, its firing up and populated the Google sheet. But when leads came in it was not populating. Can you help me fix the problem, please? Is the automation affecting the workflow or I am missing a step in the workflow?Here is a loom video

SMTP - Authentication failed: (535. b'5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the request did not meet the criteria to be authenticated successfully.

This post was split from topic:  One of the Zaps that has been working for over a year suddenly stopped responding and asking to log into the STMP credentials. I have logged back in as I would any other zap credential and getting the error message below. I am not sure what else I can do. Any advise would greatly be appreciated.  We use port 587 and I logged in with my company credentials similar to the past. Used the same Host address.

Unable to find files in a specific Google Drive folder despite correct settings and naming conventions?

I have created a ZAP to find a FILE within a Google Drive FOLDER.  I am using the “New File in Folder in Google Drive”; I have the correct folder and when I go to test the presence of my file in the folder, I get this message: HOWEVER, if I search for “New File in Google Drive”, the folder is quickly recognized.  I cannot figure out why this is happening.Is there something about the naming of my Files and how the tool searches for files?   I am stumped My guess is that the tool -- New File in Google Drive Folder -- recognizes only part of the document.  What I mean is this: the documents that I have been uploading into the Drive Folder that I am interested in all begin with the letters “TT” (for Timmy Test) then followed by an underscore and 7 unique numbers...I am wondering if the tool (New File in Google Drive Folder) can distinguish beyond that “TT”….because it sure does not seem like itI think it really has something to do with the document….  GML

Troubleshooting Salesforce Find Record in Salesforce Action

Looking at a few recent runs of my Zap, I ran into this odd issue: Zap run was successful, no errors Find Record in Salesforce step behaved oddly Step considered a Success Data Out shows that the found status was true  Returned an odd “hydrate” message with a long string of text behind it Should have returned the record’s fields In testing this Zap when I set it up, and again just now with the exact same trigger data, it worked both times and provided the full record fields. Problematic runData output from “successful” Zap runTest with the exact same dataTest of the action with the same trigger provides full record detailsAny idea what this hydrate message means and/or why it would behave differently in the Zap run with the exact same data?

Error when trying to connect Wave account: Invalid request, no available businesses for this user.

I’m receiving the below error when trying to connect my Wave account to Zapier. I have tried the instructions on this page, and this page.  I have tried connecting from the integrations page on Wave. I have tried connecting from creating a new zap, and the pre-made zaps.  I have tried connecting from the connect an app page. I am logged in to both Wave and Zapier.I have tried to search for this error, but haven’t found any information or help. I have tried clearing my cache, restarting my browser (Chrome) and my computer.I’m at a loss.

ZAP not triggering - subscribers not flowing through to Zapier and flodesk

I have added a newsletter block to my squarespace website for people to subscribe to.Once they subscribe it should trigger zapier and info is then sent to my email campaign platform ‘flodesk’ and the subscriber receives the email.This is not happening. Zapier is connected to Squarespace and it shows it’s connected. I have spoken to squarespace and they have troubleshooted and said it’s not an issue on their side.When I run a ‘test’ within zapier platform - it works and the subscriber information is updated in flodesk. Zap history is also logged as successful. But when I manually enter the subscriber info into the newsletter block on my website - it’s not triggering. I have checked within squarespace and I can see that the information is being collected. I originally registered with zapier with my personal email which I wanted to change to my business email. I have since disconnected and deleted the personal email. Reset everything and generated new API key etc and re-integrated everyth

Hi Everyone. I have a zapier with a Trigger for a Jira Service Management project for Updated Request. But when I try to test it I get the following error.Error while retrieving: Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes).The strange thing is that it works correctly for New Request. Any ideas why this may happen? Notion hit an error: Body failed validation, body.properties.Attendees.people[0].id should be valid uuid

Hi there! I am trying a very simple integration between Calendar and Notion. Expected behavior: google Calendar events create a Meeting in Notion. All is good, except that the Notion integration expects me to manually add the individual emails of the people attending, and Google Calendar only allows me to choose between fields called “Attendees Email” and “Attendees Emails”, both of which are arrays.   When running it, the integration fails at the attendees part, with the error below.  Am I doing something wrong or is there a better way to extract the attendee list from the Calendar event?

Squarespace to Flodesk Integration Error - The "segments.0" must be a valid "[ObjectId]"!

I am setting up my first Zap to integrate my Squarespace website with my Flodesk account.  I set up the trigger and ran the test with no issue.  When I went to the next step in the Zap (Create/Update user in Flodesk) I am able to get the fields I need from my Squarespace form fields just fine, but the testing error I get is: The "segments.0" must be a valid "[ObjectId]"!I double checked and the segment name matches the name I have set up in Squarespace.

Failed to fetch an article from Feedly: Error while retrieving: The app returned "empty feed".

I’m receiving the error:Failed to fetch an article from FeedlyError while retrieving: The app returned "empty feed".It is for the event “New AI Feed Article in Feedly”But I go to my feedly AI feed and there are articles there to pull--it’s not an empty feed. I have not had this issue with the non-AI feed articles. Only with AI feed articles.

Task Links from Clickup are not unfurling when sent to Slack via Zap

I have a simple zap that is triggered by the creation of a new task in Clickup.  The resulting action is a slack message that includes a hyperlink to the task.  Everything works fine except that the task link will not unfurl in the Slack chnannel whether the zap is sent by bot or as me.  Now that same task link will unfurl properly if I enter it manually as a user in Slack but not so via Zap.Any solutions would be appreciated.  See pics below

Failed to create an add attendee/s to event in Google Calendar: The app returned "Not Found"

Hello! I’ve searched the forum, but can’t seem to find the answer or to get my trigger to work.Once someone schedules an appointment in Calendly, Calendly will automatically send me an invitation to my gmail account. I would like to add a zap so that once someone schedules a Calendly invite, the zap will automatically invite my team members. I currently have this setup (or so I thought) and the zaps said successful, but we would never receive the invitations. From research in the forum, I can tell it’s because I need to use a custom eventid (the one that was listed was from an old appointment). However, I’ve tried the event options with “ID” and keep getting an error message. Please help!
