Hi.  Wondering if someone may be able to help me here.  I use a CRM called Jobber.  If have had a ZAP set up for about 2 years that adds the new customer Contact I enter in Jobber to Google Contacts.  This week they stopped showing up in Google Contacts.  Everything in Zapier looks like it is going through, but the do not show up in Google Contacts.

 

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot.

The DATA OUT from GContacts should include the GContacts Contact ID.

 


Thanks for the response Troy.  I really appreciate that.  Any chance you could explainn how I need to correct that issue.  It looks like there is an ID in the Data Out.

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

Before we dive further, could you please reconnect your Google Contacts account and then give your Zap another go to see if the new contacts start showing up in Google Contacts?

In Google Contacts, if you click on a Contact, then check the browser URL, you will see the Contact ID.

 

So if the GContacts step in the Zap is returning a Contact ID in the DATA OUT, then you can find the Contact by creating the direct link.

 

EXAMPLE: https://contacts.google.com/person/c4299008506154778
