Trying to create Calendar events in Google Calendar from Rezdy(online booking system)

I rent beach gear to vacationers where we deliver and pickup the items from thier rental units. The online reservation system I use to allow people to book online (Rezdy) does not have a proper calendar view for me to see what is being rented out and where. I am trying to use Google Calendar to remedy this issue. I can easily zap all the information over to Google Calendar but its super unclear: I added a Formatter step in between Rezdy and Google Calendar in the form of : Line Itemizer (create/append/prepend), and when I test this it works just how I want it to:When I go to add the Formatter in the description it does not show like this:Selecting the output of the formatting I did, looks the exact same as the original outcome on google calendar:Is there a step I am missing here? Does google calendar not allow formatted items? Any type of help or guidance on how to get a nice calendar view would be amazing. Thanks in advance.

Hey!I'm trying to use Zapier for B2B and B2C Lead Generation using A.I. Generated Cold e-mails..For B2B it's very easy to track stats since all my Clients’ leads will have a meeting with the Client itself.For B2C I’m still trying to figure out how I can do the following:- I want to analyse different style of e-mails, and see which one performs best. Is there any plugin or other way to analyse response rate, open rate etc.? whilst using Zapier Mail for the cold A.I. generated e-mails? Or would you recommend a different plugin to send e-mails from? Using A.I. to create these e-mails is our business’ USP, so it’s definitely a neccesity for my business.

prompt OpenAI from new record in an Airtable column

Hello. I have an airtable table set up and I would like to trigger an openAI prompt/completion when a new record is added to a column titled "Job Description". I have linked the correct base and table. But in the prompt input for openAI I don't get the option for the column in the drop down. I tried linking it by using {{'Job Description'}} but it shows a little !Job Description badge and when run pulls in no data . However if i select a populated cell the prompt triggers and returns data as expected? Any help would be awesome.🙌

Hi there,I am looking at Zapier as a possible automation tool for our Accounting clients.What we want to do is as follows:When a new Sales Invoice is created in XeroDelay by 10 days (easy)After the 10 days use Twilio SMS to send an SMS reminder and payment link.This is where it gets tricky as we want to grab the sms number to text from the invoice we created in Xero and then we want to send the specific Xero payment link.Is this achieveable with Xero, Zapier and Twilio SMS

HelloI have a few questions I did integrate JackRabbit / ConvertKit, however when I was testing a new enrollment, all the info from this test student was copied. I am just wondering if this will work for other students not just for the test one I have 2 studio locations in JackRabbit, is there any way I can have 2 different tags for each one? I am using the New Form Submission trigger from Paperform and the Find Contact action from Dynamics 365 to check against several Contact fields in Dynamics 365 before creating a new one. How can I add fields to check against? Currently the only fields that display are the Name and Phone Number fields, but the requirement is to also check against Email Address and Birthdate. Thanks!

I have successfully set up the loop so that it takes my Salesforce data that is comma delimited and outputs the appropriate information categorized by loop iteration. Newsletter sign-ups not populating Google Sheets from Squarespace

I am trying to do a simple zap . From our website (which we use squarespace) to google sheets, anyone who signs up for our newsletter (after they double opt in) to pop up on a google spreadsheet. When I test this it works but when I use an email to sign up it does not show up on the spreadsheet. Is there someone out there that can help? Thanks, Susan
