i set up the workflow of creating hubspot contacts from a google form when filled. 

I tested it, its taking zaps but ask me if ANY contacts are being created. 

Honestly the whole thing is annoying me. 

 

litterally not even a name is added and im using the same values

I just read the article and it wasnt very helpful. I still dont understand what is going wrong. Not only that but actually the article says i did it right. 


My contacts are not being created like AT ALL and all the values match.

Yes, saying error due to one of the values…..which are exactly the same as an available option...litterally

The error is related to dropdown fields, as was indicated by the help article.

For example, if you open the dropdown list, you will be able to see the list of option.

Each option has 2 values. (top and bottom)

The value you map to a dropdown field MUST match to the bottom value for an option.

e.g. Is there a dropdown option bottom value that exactly matches “london”? (Different from “LONDON” vs “London”)

 

EXAMPLE

If you wanted to map a dynamic value for Slash, then you would need to pass in a value of 529, as that’s the internal ID for the dropdown option.

The HubSpot Step will return a Contact ID that you can use to find the Contact in HubSpot.
