Hi, Up relatively new to Zapier. When setting up a zap between mailshake and zoho to add new leads when there’s a lead in mailshake I get the error: error parsing response, we got “” I looked in the community forum , but all the answers seemed to be about editing the api, and other edits that seem a little deeper than I’m able to go. Support/ help will be appreciated.
My current Zap set up: When a post is created on FB page > create s post on our subscriber only FB group + Public group. QUESTION:Occasionally, I have a few posts in subscriber only FB group that I would like to share on Fb Page as well as Public group. If I post this this content on FB Page will it again get posted in the subscriber only FB group or will Zapier skip the duplicate post for the group in question. I am new to this community and Zapier. Really appreciate you help. Thanks in advance.

The problem is that when I look at changed to a mater as a Triger I get all the custom field and their values as two separate arrays. Is there any way to match each filed to its Value so I can filter based on one.I hope this makes sense
Hello there, yesterday, I’ve setup a zap to create a new record in Airtable for new files uploaded to Google Drive. Then I’ve uploaded ca. 1,500 files to Google Drive but only 680 records were created in Airtable. The Zap does not show any issue.Any ideas?
Zapier connects our SlyBroadcast and Jungo/Salesforce and it works just fine sending a voicemail one at a time and groups. We want a Zap workflow that will trigger/send voicemails to Clients during their mortgage loan process, eg: “Clear to Close.” I have yet to find a way to make this happen. Anyone have suggestions or link to video/instructions?
Hi - I use Acuity to schedule my singing students. I would like their name and email to be transported to my email list on Podia. So far I can only work out how to add their email but not their first name. Thanks in advance for your help.Mel
Hi Team, Hoping someone can help me. Have just started using Infinity in place of Google Sheets for a ‘order/sales tracker’ as the Google Sheets was triggering multiple times due to a script I had set up to move the row to another sheet once completed. Infinity seems like it will work well for me but have just tried to set up a simple zap whereby the trigger is an updated item in infinity which then splits some text via a filter and sends a text via messagemedia SMS. The issue I’m having is the data coming through from Infinity has extra text/characters (<p> and /) and therefore the phone number is not being recognised and the order info is wrong. Screenshot below for you, can anyone help me clean this up?
Good day, We have had zapier running on an extisting sheet for a few months. Recently the ZAP gives error that the email address field is empty. We also use Zapier to create a customer and invoice in quickbooks - this one too says that the full name field is empty even though there is data. When creating a new zap, the test data indicates that the zap is looking for data at least 5 rows ahead of where we have data. Can we reset the zap to look in prior rows or do we have to abandon the sheet and create a new one? Prosper
Hello, I am new to all this so please bear with me. What I am trying to do seems like it should be simple… Look at Airtable for a long URL, send it to Bitly to shorten, and then update the Airtable record. I have it all setup seemingly ok, except for the step where it is supposed to update the Airtable record… when i set up the action, it asks to select the Record, and then it only works on that ONE record, not all the records in that base that have the long URL. It is driving me INSANE. I then tried to use Zapiers URL shortener, but that one I cannot even get to see the field with the long URL. This is driving me insane and I don’t think it should be so difficult to set up! PLEASE help me!
Hey Everyone! I’m so new to zapier and would love some insight! I have a workflow through FloDesk for incoming leads. Most emails contain a link to book a consultation call with me, so what I would like to happen is that when they DO book a call (after email one, or two) they don’t continue getting emails from that workflow. I’ve tried setting up the zap but it’s pulling info from ONE specific subscriber. Hope this makes sense!
I need to tag a lead in Kartra when I receive a specific email to my Gmail inbox.Trigger:An email comes from a specific sender The email has a specific subject The email has certain words in the bodyAction:Assign a tag to the lead in Kartra based on the lead’s email address in the body of the email received in the Gmail inbox. Record the first name, last name, phone number and country for the lead in Kartra by taking them from the body of the email in Gmail. I can’t see how to parse email subject or lead’s email address from the Gmail email body. I did play with labeling the email in Gmail and getting by that label. But sometimes multiple emails are sent for the same lead in that label at once if the lead also purchased the bump order and/or upsell. I only need to action on the first email. Not sure if the following emails get actually labeled. Anyone can help? Thanks!
Hi,I created a few zaps to copy events from my calendar (Outlook) into Toggl.They work, but only 1/10. Which means one event every two days is recorded while there are 5 events every day. The zaps are on for about a week and I tried different things to see what worked. The current zaps are the best solution I found.Attached are screenshots of one of my zaps.The duration is the difference between the end and the start date. Changing it to seconds (like 3600) doesn’t change anything, apart the duration if it’s not 1h.What else could I do?Thanks!
I want to make a zap that only exports Jotform submissions that HAVE opted in to my email newsletter. My ESP is ActiveCampaign, and I’m having trouble creating this conditional automation because I don’t know how to filter by opt in instead of text. Screenshot of what I mean is attached. We need to bring over quotes that were created over the weekend in limoanywhere and zap them over to salesforce. right now i have it set up that once the quote is created in limoanywhere it creates a lead in salesforce. Our zap was turned off over the weekend and now i need to get all the quotes created over the weekend and sent over to salesforce. If anyone has any ideas or a place for me to find this info it would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, The api test is green but when I click the link in slack to the post in discourse, I get the error "Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private." so then I have to open a new tab and go from there to search for the post. What am I missing for these links to take me directly to the post?
Our team uses Ontraport as a CRM for managing customer communications and membership access to our WordPress site. We are moving our checkout process to Woocommerce from Ontraport’s checkout pages. My last obstacle is related to offering payment plans through Woocommerce. Currently, Ontraport keeps customer CC info on file so they can pay in installments based on 3 or 6 month periods. If payments are not made, Ontraport can revoke access to our membership site. Now that we will be offloading payments to Woocommerce, this process breaks down a bit.I can see two scenarios playing out and I am wondering if Zapier can accommodate one or the other:1.) If customers can pay the initial installment payment through Woocommerce, we can forward payment information on to Ontraport so that the CRM can continue to charge customers at the regular monthly intervals and restrict access if payment is not met.2.) If CC info cannot be communicated from Woocommerce to Ontraport, we will have to manage all
I know that you can have a form submitted on your website to be sent to a word document. Is there a way to have any data submitted on one form be sent to Just ONE continuous word document?So each new form submission appends to the same word document? My client doesn’t want a ton of word documents, because the data collected is so little, half the page would be blank.
