Hi, I’m looking to have new blog posts from this blog posted to discord:https://www.pokemon.jp/info/goods/ But I’m not sure what app should be at the top of the chain, as it doesn’t have an RSS feed. What would be the best way of doing this? Would I need to make a custom webhook? Thanks!

Contact Form 7 to Outlook

I’m sending pictures uploaded to Contact Form 7 to Outlook to save the attachments in Google Drive. Contact Form 7 not available in Zapier.    When I choose Outlook as the Trigger, it’s going to run the zap on every new Email. I only want the ones with a particular subject line. Any way to do that?

Hi,Can an AutoPilot email be triggered based on the date a contact selects for an “event” (ie, a demo they’ve scheduled based on their availability)? Specifically, I’d like to schedule an email to go out the day before their scheduled demo to remind them that the demo is happening, and I’d like to include in the email copy a reminder of the date and time they’ve requested for said demo. Thanks!

Hi! I just used Zapier to post RSS-posts to a group and it works fine (I added the zapier app to the group as well). But it posts as my personal account and I would like to post as a page that I am admin of. The page is a member in the group. Is this possible?

How to transform a date-time input and out put a date equal to the first of the month

I am receiving data from a form (date/time format) and I need to transform that into a date equal to the first day of the date’s month so I can send to another system as the effective date of the transaction.  In this systems transactions always have the effdt of the first of the month, regardless of the date of signup.For example:Input date:  2020-11-06 11:27:13I want to transform into:  2020-11-01  (the first day of November).Is this possible to do?

One time bulk action possible: CSV to Teachable?

I have an existing csv file of approx 800 rows (user data...includes email addresses). I want to create a zap that auto-enrolls all those people in a Teachable course.  I know how to use Zapier to add someone to Teachabel when a new row gets added to a spreadsheet (say a Google sheet), but can't figure out how to structure the zap do a 1 time bulk add with every row in that spreadsheet. Any ideas for me? Is this possible?

Salve ho delle campagne obiettivo leads generation attive, una delle quali è collegata a Zapier.Ogni qualvolta viene generato un lead, i dati vengono incorporati su un file di calcolo google e all’interno di una mail. Gli ultimi 3 leads generati non vengono piu’ conteggiati su zapier. Non so come uscirne, Facebbok mi dice che per loro è tutto ok e l’assistenza Zapier non risponde. Grazie a tutti.

Hi, is there a way to test a Zap at scale?Currently, we only know how to test one user input at a time (e.g. user completes a Google Form w/ uploaded files). We’re We’re trying to stress test our zaps before we go live. So, it would be nice to test what would happen if 50 users submitted a Google Form all at the same time’ish to see how Zapier would handle this stress test.

the one change zapier could make to double my zaps

For a small team, we have lots of Zaps set up.  Mostly these are by me and many include sending an email (from outlook).The biggest obstacle to setting more up and for us using some of the existing ones more is that it is such a pain to write the email in html format (in a separate editor) and cut and paste it into the zapier page.  Imagine if you could just write the email into zapier and format it and it would automatically write the html for you. If (as with many of my ‘great ideas’ - this is already possible, then please let me know.  If not, this would transform our use and I am sure many who use zapier in a limited way or not at all R

Specify One Off Transactions in Full Stripe

Hi everyone, I want a Zap set to add/update contacts in my CRM and apply a tag when a specific one off transaction takes place in Stripe.  I know that it’s possible to choose a Stripe transaction as the trigger, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to differentiate between the various one off transactions that could take place?  I’m using the Full Stripe plugin in Wordpress. hello! trying to figure out why zapier isn’t linking to all parts of our squarespace site. at first, i thought it was because a certain section of our site was “not linked,” but after linking it, zapier was still not able to find the respective form, even with refreshing on both ends, loading more options, etc. any tips?!

Active Campaign > SmartSheet Help

We are connecting Active Campaign to Smartsheet to automate the collection of our CRM data.  We used Add a New Row To Sheet in Smartsheet.  Each row contains the information on a single contact.  As our sales people add answers to each question Zapier records each individual response at the cell, not the row level.  As a result, for 1 contact it's creating 30 rows (Number of personal data q's being asked).  Is there another, better way to collect this information?  Can we schedule Zaps between Active Campaign and Smartsheet?  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thank you.

Hello, I have a paid zoom account to create meetings & I have an eventbrite account. I’d like to connect two separate events to separate zoom meeting links using Zapier. Trello: Adding Lists to a Zapier created Board

Hello,Let me preface by saying I’m not a developer. I can shell script along with some PowerShell, but that’s my limit.The goal is to pull project data from Insightly and put the information into Trello. I have a Zap built that will create a board with the Project Name from Insightly. Now I wish to pull the project activities and events from Insightly and create lists in the newly created board.I can create a separate Zap, or create a 3rd step, to add the lists to the board, but since the board name is going to be named after the project name, it will never be the same. Thus when the ‘list zap’ runs, I need it query the Insightly project name, find that board in Trello, then create the lists.I have a feeling this is going to require coding beyond my skillset, but I really hoping I’m just missing something obvious.

Best Linux Video Recorder?

Due to work requirements, I often need to record online meetings on Microsoft Teams, Zooms, Skype, etc. I install Joyoshare Screen Recorder on my Windows 10 and Mac, which can help me capture conversations in 1080P with sound. But I bought Linux three days ago, and I'm looking for a video recorder that maybe just as powerful as Joyoshare. Which one are you using on Linux? Any recommendations would be appreciated.
