Update contact in two forms

Hi, I have onCarrot (AKA InvestorCarrot) and am capturing a lead into my CRM, MojoSells.  The trouble is like every good funnel, I have a basic form and then a more information form.  The basic form captures their address, email, and phone number.  If they hit submit it takes them to a more expanded form that most people fall out of the lead, but many will fill that one out too.  This is creating two records.  I need the second form to simply update the first, but the submission key is changing between form fill outs.  How can this be accomplished so I stop getting duplicate records?

Can Zapier do this?

First, I am not a tech person so I have no idea if this is even possible. I work for a nonprofit that has grown over the last couple of years. We find ourselves not always knowing where everyone is at and if we have coverage in the office. We are a 24 hour crisis center so things get a bit crazy. We recently started using Gsuite to help better coordinate us. What I envision is that every Gsuite user would put their appointments into their Google calendar which would then pull that information over to a Google sheet. Something like this... We’ve tried using just the google calendars and turning them on and off but it just ends up looking a mess and is confusing. Yellow represents their regular working hours and grey are any appointments they have scheduled. I have looked for a program or software that could do this with no luck. I don’t know if I’m asking for the impossible but it would greatly help us to have this quick overview of where and what everyone is doing.  Any thought

Update a opportunity in Sales Force - CustomField

Hi, in our Salesforce we have certain field like “Next Steps” that will be posted in the “Opportunity Field History” each time I change the content of this field. I would like to use zapier to grab the comment in trello and replace the “Field: Next Steps » value” with the value of the new entered comment in Trello. I can grab the content in trello BUT i dont really understand or finde the right action with the Salesforce App to Update or replace the field value of the Field “Next Steps”. Any suggestion?

Dear zapier community,   We are trying to connect Facebook lead Ads and sending Gmail, inputting data of leads Ads to Google spread sheet. We have setted up the zap, but the zap don’t work. We have checked this page ‘’https://zapier.com/apps/facebook-lead-ads/help’’, and all settings and permissions of Facebook leads Ads and zapier, conversations of this community. I’m a customer builder (construction) and I’ve worked with asana, QBO, buildertrend and Coconstruct. I’ve been looking at using Asana instagant and QBO as a replacement for a company wide software like buildertrend. Zap Integrations with Zoom

I have set up a Zap to integrate Zoom new registrants for our webinar into our email host and it works great however, I would like to be able to add additional zaps for if there are attendees or no-shows from the Zoom webinar. I would like to add these as a zap to integrate with our email host as well as the registrants.  I have looked in the trigger options and do not see either of those as an option for the zap. Is there somewhere else that these can be accessed?

About adding multiple rows from Google Analytics to MySQL

I want to add multiple rows from Google Analytics to MySQL.   The Zaps steps I am creating are as follows: Trigger by "Every Hour" of "Scheduler by Zapier" ↓ "Run Report" of "Google Analytics" (Output Format is "Rows") ↓ "New Row" in "MySQL"   The problem I have is that MySQL can only create one Row. Google Analytics outputs multiple lines of data, but I can't store them in MySQL. Is there a way to solve it? Thank you very much.

I want Zapier to find all my records in Airtable rather than just the 'new' ones

Hey all.   I am trying to automate some content to my Circle community. So I have the following Zap set up: When there is a new record in Airtable, I create a topic in Circle. It works great, it’s just I have a table with a whole bunch of rows/content already that I want to transfer over. (There is no csv upload feature in circle) and I want to transfer over everything and then have the Zap continue to work when new records are added. I tried running it manually but of course, no new records are found. It only transfered one new record which was the test one. How do I get it to recongise all of the records and Zap the lot?   Thanks so much in advance, Harry @ NCL

I am looking for setting the enable GDPR fields in my subscriber management in Mailchimp. So let’ s say I push a new subscriber via a Zap to Mailchimp, there seems to be no way to set GDPR to “true”? In the API call it would be the "marketing_permissions" parameter in the /members call, seen here: https://mailchimp.com/developer/reference/lists/list-members/

Hi, I have a business partner that gives me a list of unique discount codes in a CSV file.  When a customer signs up in a ConvertKit form, I’d like to sent them the available next code from the list, and update the list with the email sent to. Triggering from ConvertKit is straight forward.  More of a question, what is the best way to store the codes & how to select the next available code?

Airtable isnt pulling in all fields in my test data from my table

Newbie here to trying to get to grips with Airtable.   Im trying to do a Airtable to Freshbooks integration. My test data only seems to pull in 4 or 5 fields from my table of 20 fields, including a missing field which is populated with a checkbox, which I want to use as part of the filter.   Anyone know where I might be going wrong?

Discord SMS alert when specific user and/or text string is found

Discord and SMS Alert already seem to be integrated.  Can it go further and only send SMS Alerts when a specific user posts, or it finds a specific text string.  Would be especially helpful for when a specific user posts a message containing a “key alert” text string?  i.e., send me SMS Alert whenever the administrator sends a message containing “Overnight Ideas” or “Overnight Idea”.

I have a Squarespace site that I am setting up a newsletter for. We do not us Mailchimp, so we are storing the leads that we get through the form submission in a Google Sheet and I want to be able to use Zapier to transfer those contacts in the sheet to my HubSpot account. Is this possible?

Adding a new column header in google sheet (Webhook + Google Sheet)

Hi everyone,   We have a Zap set up that is used as a log for creating ‘report cards’.  We are hooked up to SharpSpring and whenever a certain task happens that generates a ‘report card’ with CRM custom field data on it, it creates a new row. The zap is as follows: Catch Hook Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets I have it all set up so the google sheet is updated and working with all the current custom field information. For example we Have first name, last name, email, job titles, etc. These are all column headers in Google SHeets and are mapped to the fields in SharpSpring.  We have a new column header/custom field we want to add to this log. I realize that all previous rows added to the spreadsheet would have this blank, but moving forward we need to this field logged too.   From this screenshot you can see how I have already mapped some custom field data to put inserted as part of the row. I can’t figure out how to add a new field in here. How do I add a  new custom fieldn

Google calendar to return event ID

Is there a way to return the created event ID and Cal ID back to my app without adding a third level? Currently the app will post data using web hook to Zapier, this will use this data to insert the Gcal event, I want the app to then return the response of the created Gcal event back to the App to then be able to edit said event later.

Sync a Onedrive for Business CSV file to Microsoft SQL DB table

I have a file coming from a EDI system daily in the form of a csv file.  I want to use it in Power BI Services.  This works locally and personally however when I publish the Power BI report online in Power BI Services and attempt to refresh the report that has both SQL and this CSV file I get sync (refresh errors) just for the CSV.  So I want to send the file to a SQL Server Database Table daily (once at about 7am)  from the MS OneDrive for Business csv file.  the file is new every day and always the same name: HCOInv.csv.  So does Zapier support this and how difficult is it to setup?
