There was a problem activating your Zap.
Facebook requires you to reconnect your account to continue retrieving leads. To resolve this, please reconnect the Facebook Lead Ads accounts you are using via the 'My Apps' page: https://zapier.com/app/connections

If you go to https://zapier.com/app/connections you will see your Facebook Leads app connected to your account. If you click on Reconnect you will be able to reconnect your account. If this doesn’t work, try to remove the app and start over with your Zap action again.
